My kids like Auntie Anne's, I think it's too unhealthy, but the occasional "treat" is fine.On this day, despite being fully staffed, they ran out of basic pretzel nuggets and asked us to wait with others ahead of us in line also waiting. I've always had great service with every trip I make to get their pretzels. They're always fresh pretzels when I make a mobile order and the employees are very nice. If the line is long, I might be waiting a bit for them to get to me. But when they do, it's so simple and easy. I wish they would expand the physical business so the employees would have more room to move.

Waited 20 minutes for the pretzel dog nuggets and then watched them sell them to two people as they came out of the oven, and when I asked where mine were they said I’d have to wait again.
