BJ's promotions are scams. I am still waiting for my cash rewards. My purchases met the promotion requirements twice, and I should have $50 on my card. However, they won't give it to me. I contacted the store management, who acknowledged the rewards but claimed they couldn't add it to my account, and I had to contact BJ's customer service. I called the customer NOT service because he was not of any help; anyway, after talking with the Rep and his supervisor for over 45 minutes. Still, it was not a solution, even though I provided them with the receipt, and they claimed that someone would contact me. That was days ago!!

I shop here quite often and I always see the same person checking customers' receipts as they're leaving. I've noticed each time I'm there, this older white woman with short, dark blonde or light brown hair, at the door. She's always very nice to all the white customers and when she gets to me, she's very quiet, doesn't acknowledge me, at all. I have to speak to her and also follow up, telling her to have a nice day. I do this in hopes it would encourage her to do the same, nope.. it doesn't. BJ's.. maybe you should invest in some diversity training for her as she's on the frontline and no one wants to deal with that type of behavior when they're spending money that contributes to her salary.

Not sure how you can offer someone a job and then have them wait 2 weeks, then proceed to say "Oh we already hired someone even though we verbally offered you a job."

This is our local bulk center! Smaller selections than Costco but still has what we want or need! Better larger Gas area so the lines are shorter! Prices for gas are better than the name brand service centers! Bulk items are cheaper considering what you pay in stores you just have to have the places to store your bulk items!

i ordered an Apple watch & i received an email of the confirmation of purchase. four days later still no tracking or any emails to confirm being processed. so i called customer care and they said i will receive an email today with tracking and will receive my watch by friday. i kept checking my email... nothing. so i went online to view my purchase and here someone canceled my order on their end. never even received a notification of them doing so. thank goodness i never purchased the membership and only did the one day online trial. as i am reading more reviews on this place, i am not the only one they have done something like this to. so maybe it was a blessing in disguise. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROMS BJ'S WHOLESALE!!!!!!

I will never get gas at BJ's again. The gas pumps are slow. 4 car back up at each pump. 42 seconds per gallon equates to almost 10 minutes to put 14 gallons in a tank. Took over 45 minutes to fill my tank to 15.2 gallons. Problem, I only have a 14.8 gallon tank that has never taken over 12.7 gallons???????????? I brought this up to management and showed them my car's capacities. Management said the pumps were just certified. ....., Yeah right, and ignored the problem. They didn't care that people were pissed off for taking 45 minutes to fill their tanks. Also the pumps never stopped and overfilled everyone's tanks creating a fire hazard and made my car stink of gas. Will BJ's wash my car and reimburse me for fraudulent overpay? I doubt it. This has to be one of the worst stores in this area that Bj's has. It is old and run down. It is set up differently than any of the other locations I have been too. The selection is also lacking compared to others in the area. As a matter of fact my wife refuses to shop at this location even though it is the closest to our home. The staff was friendly and the store seems clean but other than that. I can't think of Anything else to mention. If you are close by and not really looking for anything in particular then shop here. Just don't have high expectations.
Love it here... have been able to find what I need (other than Clorox/Lysol wipes) but I highly recommend..

I went in with my family to get needed house hold stuff. And when we went to check out the lady that was helping the other lady at register one tonight stuck a plastic cover that was holding bread rolls on my 2months old daughter face and then yet went to lean on it. I had to tell the lady watch the baby. Luckily my daughter turned her head because she started not being able to breath. That really has me upset. This was at register 1. This lady had shoulder length hair and only part of her hair was up in a clip.
