Couldn't get a LEO discount because I wasn't in uniform. Not all LEO's wear uniforms. You would think a photo ID would suffice, unless the discount is just about optics, not public service ?

Go to order. Order one meal and get told price without asking if that is everything. Order number 5, not asked if I want deluxe or regular. Tap my card and told I'm good and pull around. Pull around and some guy comes at me telling me to pay and that the person taking my order said I drove off without paying. Then they bring me just the drink and actually make me wait for my food. And spelled my name wrong but that's the least of all that was wrong. Horrible experience.

Wife and I went in and ordered two combos, both drink we asked with No ice. One was large fries and one was medium.Our drink had ice in them, and surprisingly the large fries had basic 1 more fry compare to the medium fries.Which I have never experienced with other chick fil a location, the worker too our order seems not happy with the job. When we said thank you, she just nodded.Overall seems the quality has went down, not sure it’s due to new opening or just busy. I would just go to the other chick fil a location instead; seems much better managed.

Got a medium drink when I ordered a large. Didn't get the ketchup I asked for at the drive thru. The bottom of the bag stained my seat as well.

Ordered spicy chicken MEAL. With a regular fry and a large coke. The guy taking my order only put it in as an entrepreneur. So no fry the I go for a sip of my coke and it's warm and flat. For what we py now for food orders and the quality of that order should be near perfection. I will note this is the only chikfila location to ever get my order wrong

This was my first time getting Chick-fil-A catering and it was wonderful. We were in the area for a youth conference and we ordered from here for dinner. The staff was very nice and considerate and they were very helpful with getting my order to me. This is a busy area though and you can expect traffic but that is not on them.

I love this chick fil a. Everytime I go to this fast food restaurant I have an amazing experience, especially when this young man Jaziel is there. This gentleman always has an enthusiastic attitude and smile when taking my orders. He always makes me feel welcomed and has hardly ever made a mistake when attending me. This young man deserves appreciation! Also, when I dine in the restaurant I always feel pleased with how clean and tidy it looks. Yall have definitely earned a loyal customer, especially because of the wonderful young man Jaziel. I will be back!

It's convenient. Food comes out correct every time. Is always hot. They have not messed up an order yet! Is this fast food? Yes. Is it tolerable? More than tolerable. If I need something fast, I'll be back.
