Nothing compares to Cindy's cinnamon rolls NONE. But I will say if the dough was a tad softer, gooier and more buttercream and a tad less cream cheese it may be better then cindys. So far none has beat them but it is the second best one I have had. I will settle for them untill I ever make it to Alabama and get Cindy's. Overall 8.5/10

Best Cinnabons ever I promise you! Fluffy, fresh with addicting taste of cream cheese frosting and cinnamon sauce. It's not too sweet. A very delicious dessert. Please keep making quality Cinnabons!!!

I went to Cinnabon and I was excited to get something and they looked so good but everything doesn't even look homemade. I get that's it's a small business and they have to work quickly but I didn't see any mixers to make the dough or to make the frosting. It's also really messy to spread the icing onto the cinnamon rolls, they use a sandwich spreader instead of a piping bag.

The wait was absolutely terrible, not from the number of people, but the incompetency of the staff. They clearly did not know what they were doing and messed up several of the orders in front of me. Food was very good though.
When greeted the cashier was polite and patient while I looked at the menu not knowing what I wanted. Will definitely be back for the great customer service and sweet treats ?
