Dickeys just ain’t it, the food just tastes like it sits for days in containers and pretty bland. The only thing that was good was the sweet tea and lemonade which is probably a premix packet. We’ve been doing mission bbq for the bbq kick but decided to give dickeys another fair chance but nope still not the greatest.

I ordered 1 pound of brisket and a loaded baker for $46 and all i received was a half pound of brisket & was missing the loaded baker entirely. I tried calling the restaurant and nobody answers. This place is way overpriced and clearly doesn’t care about their service. Mission BBQ is better.

Came here on a casual whim because I was so hungry. I got the chicken sandwich combo with the potato casserole, and mac 'n cheese as an added extra side. The food came quick, and it was delicious. I've seen Dickey's BBQ Pit at other locations, but only decided to try it now. If you're ever feeling hangry and curious, try this place out. Also, you can keep the big yellow cup that comes with the combo.

Had to go up to the north 30 minutes because the locations that were open near me close due to financial issues. If they could stabilize Financial issues at the locations I think they could definitely compete due to reasonable pricing.

Walking into the place you couldn't smell the food - that should have been our flag - my wife got a loaded potato that only consisted of pork and sour cream- I got a pork sandwich-- there was no flavor to the meat - and it was so soft it had the fake meat texture to it -- some of the fries were undercooked. The staff was friendly and courteous- but I definitely won't be back -

Enjoyed our meal and it was very tasty but seemed to be a bit costly for a lunch, at least more than I like to spend.

The food isn’t bad. I like that they have good sauces to go with their BBQ. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the brisket but the wings and the ribs were great. Very tender and flavorful.Parking: Within a plaza so it has ample parking.

August 20th, 2023 -They ran out of fries, chicken, & large baked potatoes. The ice machine didn't work 95% of the time.

I ordered at 8:30 PM. They denied my Doordash order at 8:57 PM because the restaurant was reported to be closed. Don't order here because they close early and without warning. You probably won't get your food.

I ordered food on the 4th of July as their online ordering was open and so was the store. Only to get there 20min later and there is a hand written sign saying they closed early (understandable) and refunds will be issued. I've been calling since the 5th of July and have been told 4 different times that the owner will be notified and a refund will be issued. It is now July 20th and I still do not have a refund. This is very frustrating as I have been very patient and kind to everyone I spoke to but now I am getting pretty upset. I want my money back.

Alright so most people reading these reviews of Dickey's are wondering how it compares to Mission BBQ. I'm going to answer that. The ribs are very tender and fall right off the bone. Amazing flavor and perfect amount of sauce "brushed" on and not slathered on. In my opinion the ribs beat Mission. The brisket is very dry and average, and I feel Mission is more flavorful. The chicken breast is rather bland but still alright, way better seasoned over at Mission. Now for the sides. The fries are thicker than at mission bbq, and they're also made fresh right when you order unlike mission that has them sitting out all day. When you order fries, they hand cut them right in front of you, season them in a bowl, and throw them in the frier. Awesome French fries. The Mac n cheese is average and mission's is way better. The roll at dickeys kind of sucks and the cornbread at mission is way better. Wish dickeys did the cornbread. The restaurant is very clean and has cool decor, same with mission. If you're trying to decide between the two, I guess it just depends on what you're ordering. For me, I choose dickeys because the ribs are the best part of a bbq meal for me, but like I said it depends what your preferences are.Overall 4 stars, and the employees are friendly. I like going here often.
