Dropped by for the buffet on a snowy day. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was very good, many classic dishes to choose from and some we had not had before.
Ordered food for pick up and the food was hot and absolutely delicious! The service was exceptional! Since I was there for pickup, I only experienced a small portion of the atmosphere. It’s a super cozy and clean Indian restaurant with traditional decor. Would I eat a meal at the restaurant, ABSOLUTELY!

I randomly decided to stop by because I saw they had a buffet open on Sundays (and everyday actually). They must’ve heeded previous reviews and/or new management, because the service was excellent. It’s hard to explain but the staff had such nice, soothing voices. Just great vibes.Everything on that buffet was delicious! My favorites were the Chana masala and goat curry, but like almost everything was a contender. Very flavorful.They’re definitely due for a renovation. Not exactly Instagram ready but that kind of adds to the charm for me.Finding this gem was a delight so I’ll definitely be back!Parking: Plenty of spots

My husband and I have frequently visited Hot Masala over the past year and are never disappointed. Yes, their interior is continually undergoing changes, but if you’re coming to eat then you will not be disappointed. The staff is always kind and attentive; be understanding that sometimes they are short staffed, just as you wish people would show you that kindness.

I asked them to make Chana Saag which was not on the Menu and also tried Mutter Paneer the other day. The taste and quality were simply amazing, much better quality than any other places that I have ever had. I don't live close to Harrisburg, but I would definitely stop by the next time I am driving by there.
I got the chicken Biryani and the okra but he was kind enough to put potatoes in the curried okra w basmati. I loved it! There was a white cilantro sauce and that was amazing on top of the food! The naan was awesome! I will be back!Vegetarian options: The curried okra was awesome! I loved it!

First time here since new owners... I can't recommend going here. I was never offered a drink, not even water. The gentleman offered me naan after I finished my plate, I said, "That's ok." The food was palatable, but I had waited too long to eat prior to my arrival, so I ate what I put on my plate. It wasn't the worst Indian food I've had, but considering the couple before me refused to pay... because of the quality, there are options not too far away.I feel bad that they have such a poor business, but they obviously are just doing what they can to make money. There was no one there with any enthusiasm for the customers or their product.I do what I can to support local businesses, including paying by cash and tipping without commensurate service, but some businesses like this one will fail because they lack basic principles for service.

I don’t know if they got a new chef but their food has went down. I just ordered chicken tikka Marsala and it was watery and flavorless…I asked it be spicy and it’s not spicy at all! I asked for garlic naan and they gave me a weird bread that was not garlic naan. Will not order
