The lil punk Alex thought it was ok to talk to me like a child at the drive thru but when I went inside to get a better understanding he had nothing to say. He shouldn’t be talking to customers the way he did after not properly completing my order if I wasn’t with my family he would be having alot more then just a vision problem!!! The manager on duty handled it well

They always screw up the order with missing item , less than size should be proportions, especially French Fries !!! Asked 4 a 1/4 lb dbl cheese with extra onion & add lettuce received 2 meat patties & onion nothing else !!! And the list goes on ! They're a high priced woke store with the worst products and way over payed employees that don't give a rats you know what.

I go to CCHS right down the road and after school I walk there. Immediately when we walk through the door we get yelled at to order food or leave. I ggoothat we need to buy food okay but why yell and get rude about it for no reason. Then we sit in the back and get yelled at to move because the manager can't see us. We didn't do anything but sit down. The manager is blonde, white, rude, and rumored to be one of the owners' sons. He seems to discriminate against us for no reason. Personally, I haven't done anything or even caused any issues, so I just don't understand. He tells us to buy food all the time but then his staff screw up the order. It's not their fault 100%, but at the same time, logically thinking why would people want to order if they can't get the order right. Also, this is fully grown adult thay constantly yells at us, and even if we order food, we get kicked out, sometimes when were still eating. Do better it's not hard, and that's coming from an ex mcdonalds employee.

Absolutely terrible management. Yells at kids to get out when they're not doing anything within 5 minutesof being in the building. It is a very unfair and discriminatory system. You can tell the people they don't like, they will tell them to stay where they can see them so they "won't try anything".
