Don't get me wrong food is great but this place needs to learn how to shut down there app services when it comes to big and busy days do to the fact i got an order to go pick up from them the line was super long and i'm told by the company i run for to go in and the order will be ready to pick up but they have nowhere to pick up orders and an older man waiting in line comes in the store and starts yelling at me because i went right in the store at which point the lady at the counter could've easily told this man it's not my fault they don't have it set on the app to wait in line at which point i declined my order i had for them because i wasn't standing waiting for them and i hope the old man that just wouldn't shut up at all about it knows that my car didn't break down and it wont my cars a scion and runs better than his mouth

Best pretzels in town. Good thing I don't live closer!. EXCELLENT! Staff is tremendous, I don't know where they find them. Polite, fast and know the "menu". Oh and FIVE soft pretzels for 5 bucks! Beat that!

Went at lunch time on a weekday. The staff looked like they were well eqipped to handle a rush. I came in for the first time of my life. The gentleman was so amazingly friendly and helpful. There is Octoberfest and I got 25 pretzels for only $10! And sauces were two large for $5.
