Absolutely HORRIBLE! We ordered pizza from them this Christmas Eve like we do every year as tradition however this year we were met with disappointment. We ordered through the app with a pick up time of about 7:35. The store closed at 8pm for the holiday. My boyfriend waited outside for a good bit for curbside thinking they were running behind. When he went inside to find out what was going on he was met by a woman employee who said they didnt even have our order up yet. Then when he tells her we have the receipt in our email and it says this time she then said "we dont have the product to make your order and we just now closed at 8 so I'm cancelling all of these orders." He called me upset while standing in the store to tell me what was going on and I tried to call the store but it sent me to customer service since the store closed. While explaining my upset to customer service she placed me on hold in the middle of me talking and never came back. So we had no dinner for that evening because we were not given the food we ordered and paid for. THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD $31.80 and I'm still fighting to have someone from corporate call me back for a refund. The last time I ordered from there a few weeks prior I got a call from an employee telling me they didnt have regular crust and I would have to choose another crust but wanted to upcharge me for pan crust. It's not my fault they didnt have product and I refused to pay the upcharge. At this point you lost a very loyal customer who poured money in to your business!

So I ordered a big dinner box for delivery from the app at 5:44pm. The app, the email and the text all said the food would be here at 6:14pm. This time came and went by a half hour. Called the store only to be transferred to a call center. They told me the food was being prepared, the app told me that for about an hour at this point. I was eventually transferred to the store itself and was hung up on 2 times before talking to whoever was working. That person told me my order just left for delivery, I asked if my food was going to be cold since it’s been over an hour since I placed the order. The employee told me that they make each order as they come in and it won’t be cold. That was a lie and the food was cold and it wasn’t even packed properly. I am very disappointed and deserve compensation.

I order a rewards large mushroom pizza w/extra mushrooms. The deal pizza with 2-large pizzas with bread sticks. the best thing with this order was the bread sticks.The mushroom pizza only had the regular amount of mushrooms. The deal pizza was to have bacon on it, but it came with pepperoni only. The second deal pizza was pepperoni also. The pepperoni on both pizzas looked dry and old.When i tried to call the store they put me on hold for minutes.Parking: it

How do you even let a pizza that looks like this, leave your establishment. The breadsticks were just as burnt. There was hardly any sauce on our pizza and the size of the sauce container that came with our burnt breadsticks was enough sauce for one breadstick. It was our 1st time here and our last.
Tamra the manager was an absolute doll! Her customer service and the way she treats her team is unmatched! This is my first time coming to this pizza hut and it won’t be my last. Lema was also super helpful! The atmosphere was clean and friendly i recommend this specific Pizza Hut to anyone in the surrounding areas!
