Atmosphere 10/10Service 3/10 — I was so excited after reading reviews that they let you try the bases etc. and the girl who checked me out (4/22 @5PM) seemed like she didn’t even want to speak to me, let alone take my order and be interactive with the menu options. That made me really sad.Then…. Food 5/10 :( The açaí was DELICIOUS! But, in Brazil I got used to eating it like ice cream. And I don’t usually get 6 strawberries or an entire banana in my ice cream ? so I just got it with coconut flakes and granola. But THE BOWL WAS HALF EMPTY! This place is pricey as is, at $10+ a bowl, to get a bowl halfway filled really had me disappointed. Keep your clients happy, being stingy with the product isn’t worth it!I shadow the comments that say they wished there was a customer service line. Especially with all of the locations they have, it is a necessity.

Love this place nicely decorated, great options, and so many choices! so yummy, my only complaint is that it seems there is never enough açaí- which isn’t terrible bc they are generous with toppings but more açaí is the only thing that could improve these bowls!
