Cerisa took my order with a radiant smile. She kindly packed my ? with all the ingredients and didn't judge me on my weird taste as I did a "create your own". It was the best salad I had in years!! And it comes with a roll that I simply can't turn down! The chicken noodle soup? and cookies ? were so good! Needless to say they have a new regular now!
I wish I could leave no star! What’s the sense of being a salad establishment if you’re not got going to chop or toss the salad? I’m better off going to a run down pizza shop for my salad!!

Waited 15 min @ 5:30 pm while employee talked on phone. She stood there, staring @ us while she talked & giggled on the store phone. After 15 min of waiting she finally acknowledged us & said she was closed. Closed. At 5:30 pm on a Monday? Hours posted online says open till 8. You had all the supplies out. There is no excuse for 0 customer service. Despicable. Calling management.

I was one of the first employees hired. Just came back to see how well your rating were.. Annd well looks like ya are doing No Good. Shoulda kept me but they fired me through text messege. Besides I knew what I was doing unlike the owner or the other person who was in charge.. forgot her name. But yeah maybe ya should kept me employed..you would have better Ratings and better customer service period. Plus I'm into fitness and Eating Healthy so it was a no brainer but yeah.. Goodluck even though it already looks like your doing bad ???

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered online a door dash order of an Avocado Cobb salad. When the door dasher arrived, my salad was missing avocado, dressing, had the wrong kind of cheese and was missing the bread. I called to tell Saladworks I would be coming to pick up a new salad. The woman on the phone told me “I could come do whatever I wanted to do.” No apology or anything. I get to Saladworks to pick up my salad and it is still wrong. Wrong cheese and no dressing. The reason was that “she couldn’t hear me on the phone.” I didn’t want to wait for a whole new salad AGAIN so I just asked for dressing and left. Communication with customers is important and even if you didn’t hear someone on the phone you should ask them to repeat themselves. If the door dash order was read correctly in the first place, we wouldn’t have had to worry about hearing someone on the phone.

Such a great salad, truly is a hidden gem with it being located inside Giant, I never really knew this place existed, however, I’m really glad we found it. The salad was delicious, this is like the subway of salads, so many options, all of which were delicious. The crispy chicken however was served cold on the salad, however, after heating it up, the salad was truly amazing! We’ll certainly be back!

The two girls that were working here on Saturday afternoon 4/24 are rude entitled people that should not be working customer service.... anywhere!Awful looking salad they tried to charge me $11.00 for... I returned it at giant customer service. Hope they get rid of them & get back to the self serve salad bar charged by weight.Yuck & Boooo

Yummy salads if you can get one, horrible customer service. I was looking forward to a yummy salad went into to order today, was told she was busy she had a bunch of online orders, so I waited a few minutes and the employee advised again she was going to be a while filling online orders. That's poor customer service when you loose an in person sale because your filling orders for people who are not present yet. Good customer service would have been to fill the order of the person standing there not to continue filling online orders
