I’d give negative stars if I could for the atmosphere and service. Employees were rude and we had to use a port-A-John behind the building because they allow smoking and my daughter is under 18 and couldn’t enter the building to use the modern facilities! It’s been a long time since I’ve been here and wanted to share a place I remembered with my family… NOT knowing how much this place is NOT the same!! We will never be back and will never recommend this place! So sad that hat smoking is more important than access to running water for your patrons. Also the smoke was filling the patio where we sat anyway!! There is literally no difference from inside to the patio as there was an ashtray on our table and on every table on the patio. I recommend advertising as a non-family friendly environment… lots of people don’t have children and will be attracted to your bar… and this will allow families to avoid your establishment with expectations of restrooms for their family. Gone are the days of authentic cuisine, chips and salsa on the tables and fried ice cream at Sierra Madre’s … these days you get an ashtray …

While waiting for the food the manager came out and said he seen me sleeping at the table on the camera while I was on my phone doing a course for work. Customers were staring at my fiancée making her uncomfortable with her ptsd and anxiety. The employees here are very ignorant!! The food is great!!Especially the burgers.I had a mushroom Swiss burger with sauteed onions and bacon. It was awesome!!The bartenders are nice, service is good.Good place to come to and just relax.

The wings are the BEST, I get them to go every weekend! the bartenders there are nice and the drinks are good! Mostly crowds under 30 on the weekends but still great for everyone! 10/10

Made the mistake of stopping here for dinner with my family. Walked in the door and was told that since we had the kids with us we couldn’t sit in the main area because they allow smoking, but that we could sit over on the side area which was also a completely enclosed room that also allowed smoking, but whatever, that’s fine. My daughter had ordered wings, so at the end of her meal her fingers were messy, and she needed to use the restroom. As we walked through the door to head to the restroom, which is about 3 steps inside the main area, a server literally came running at us to rudely tell us we weren’t allowed inside. We returned to our table and as the server walked by the second time, I stopped her to explain that my daughter had messy fingers and needed to use the restroom. She immediately copped an attitude and informed me that there was a porta-potty in the parking lot and that there was nothing she could do about the fact that she needed to wash her hands and that if I didn’t agree I needed to take it up with management. I replied with “well you should have a bathroom for everyone to use”. Next thing you know, the “General Manager” comes waltzing out with this confrontational attitude and stands over top of me running his mouth about their rules and blah blah blah until it finally got to the point where we were literally in an argument right there in the restaurant, which he absolutely came over to start. Unbelievable how our dinner turned from my daughter trying to use the restroom (which in itself is ridiculous.. maybe you should not allow children at all or make adjustments to accommodate them) but more importantly your completely unprofessional and rude employees disrespecting me in front of my family. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

The prices are extremely generous - especially in these days of post COVID inflation. Go look at the menu and bear witness for it yourself. Portions are plentiful. Food is delicious. Service is on point - kind and expedient. This kind of establishment is rare. 6
Some people are happy that there is a rare spot where you can enjoy a smoke with a beer. If you don't like smoke, go somewhere else.

We did not to eat because THIS IS A SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT. With all the continuing health concerns, why is this place allowing non-smokers experience serious effects from smoking of coughing, wheezing and clothing smelling of smoke. I can almost guarantee the walls, tables, chairs are saturated with nicotine and areas not seen - the kitchen. I assume this establishment is not children friendly for family gatherings.

She couldn’t show me policy or sign about this and said “that’s just the way it is.” lol like what? The security guy was even confused and has never heard of this.
