Requested a pound of Turkey and got 9 ounces. I don’t think it looked like a pound so asked for another half pound. Total ended up being a pound. Not sure if this was a mistake or a ripoff.

Inflation plus shrinkflation going on here. It was already expensive, now the prices going up while salad containers are getting smaller. If you use a card to pay, watch out! it defaults to a 10% tip, screen goes by quickly. Sorry, you don't deserve 10% for filling up a salad container. Refused to refund my money. Owner acts like a sociopathic douche canoe. I won't be going back.

After being in the cold weather all day was looking forward to a hot turkey dinner. The reviews really hyped this place to be top notch. I gave 2 stars for the sole reason it does beat greasy fast food. However, the turkey platter was lukewarm. “Oven roasted turkey” more like deli sliced. Green beans are flavorless and the stuffing reminded me of stove top. Cranberry relish is just sliced cranberry from the can, nothing special. The dinner roll offered was cold as well. I was overall disappointed in food quality.Waitstaff was friendly and inside clean, even the restrooms.Unfortunately, I will not be back.

Adults, not snot nosed punk kids, who care about customer service. They act like owners, and maybe they are, or maybe they are just trained how to actually take service seriously. It's so simple everyone could do it, its so absent today I forgot how wonderful it is, to have someone look you in the eye, speak with base and confidence in their voice, ask clear and direct questions, enthusiastically respond and take action on getting answers. And all of this is before we get to their fresh made, individually prepared, high-quality offerings. Dont let the simple nature fool you. This place excells at manyw lost arts.

I placed order, got back to work and I had the wrong sandwich, I called them and they actually delivered me my correct order. That was definitely appreciated and great customer service .
Simply Turkey typically is our go to spot for wraps and soup. We were very disappointed this time around as the employee told us she had doordash orders to work on and that the other employee would be with us once she was done fulfilling the other people’s order in front of us. We waited almost 20 minutes in line with a newborn baby who was clearly inpatient. Door dash orders should be fulfilled after you wait on your current customers.

To start I have to say that I love Simply Turkey. It has always exceeded my expectations for salads in particular. They can be pricey, however, I always thought their salads were worth every penny given the many topping options, freshness, and volume of what they give you. Especially since the most common alternative pizza place salads you can get seem to be 80% iceburg lettuce for the same price if not higher so I avoid them all together if I want a good salad. I frequently recommend Simply Turkey as the best place for a take out salad to everyone. Sadly today, for the first time ever (i've been eating at Simply for YEARS), I was very disappointed with my take out order. My large salad had less than a small salad usually does. A small salad can usually be divided into 2 meals. A large, 3 easy. To top it off I ordered a Boss salad with roasted turkey and I paid extra to add chicken as well. When I looked at the salad once in my car there was maybe 2 or 3 oz of chicken on top but I saw no turkey. I went back inside to ask if there was even turkey in it and I was told "it's in the middle". When I got home and looked closer at the salad there was perhaps an 1/8th cup of turkey. About 2 bites. Guess im lucky I ordered extra protein so there would be some on it. Pretty sad for a $19 salad. I can't say I won't be back. Maybe it was employee error and she needs to be re-educated on creating a salad that meets your normal standards. I truly hope that's the case and you aren't scaling back because people that are used to what you normally provide won't be happy to spend that kind of money on a salad like that. If it happens again...lesson learned and I'll go elsewhere.

Be careful parking... it's a one way street. I don't know how or why, but I saw 2 cars driving in the wrong direction and almost got into an accident. I got their paradise salad and crab bisque which were both delicious! You can customize your salads or get a wrap and soup, and you can't go wrong. Prices are fair and everything is delicious. My coworkers convinced me to try it and their descriptions made me go and I'm glad I tried them. I will be going back again to try their other options!

Not a fan! I ordered the turkey dinner. The server grabbed 2 coldcut looking pieces of "fresh oven roasted" turkey breast, and dropped it in a pan of juice in a steam table. Picked it back out and layed it across my instant potatoes and stovetop stuffing. Cafeteria style trays and silence. The only sound in the place is the guy restocking the chip bags, and my plastic knife sawing thru my rubbery meat. Crab soup was extremely salty. Maybe the wraps or sandwiches are better. I wouldn't recommend this place.
