I love the concept and the ice cream, but all times I have been there they don’t have all the flavors, they ran out and sometimes also the place is not too clean. Overall I like going there , just it would be better if they had all the options

I walked in here for my first time. Everyone kept saying how good it was! There was no staff present when I walked into the building. The trash was overflowing. Out of 15 flavors there was only 1 working. That was peanut butter. I'm allergic to peanut butter so I didn't eat anything. My friend ate some. The place was dirty. A Teenager came out to the cash register when we were ready to pay. Then she hid in the back of the place on her phone.

Hours on the website said it was open at 3pm. I arrived at 3 pm and saw a worker go in and lock the door. I waited for 15 minutes and left because it still was not open.

Inconsistent hours. Facebook and website said open (they even posted just a few hours prior) but were closed 4 hours before their stated closing time. Wasted gas to come here. They also have almost doubled the price.Often when I come here, at least a quarter (even one night was one half) of the flavors are out of service or empty. Very limited options.They have staffing issues which makes me question the work environment/pay here. These owners are really running the business into the ground, which is sad because I love sweet frogs! This location in particular sucks.

To be frank, I didn’t get any service here because they were closed when I arrived. However, their hours say they are open until 9pm, but after arriving at 8:40pm, their doors were already locked? I get that today is New Years Day, and they have a sign on the door saying they were closed on NYE. I’m just confused as to why there’s nothing about them being closed today, yet they’re closed early or were never open at all? People would appreciate if you were more transparent about your hours and holidays, that way we don’t waste gas and a trip. Thanks.

Sweet frog is a great place for a delicious frozen treat. The kids love it. I'm not much of a froyo kind of guy though. Prices are reasonable, staff is great and the restaurant is kept clean. Outdoor seating makes this a great place for an after dinner treat.

Enjoyed some frozen yogurt with my kids tonight. They love Sweet Frog because of all the toppings and fun flavors. It is a little on the expensive side ($17 for 3 cups), but the customer service was amazing. Mackenna, who was working at the counter, was so incredibly friendly to my kids. She was chatting with my oldest and helping him decide on toppings while I was assisting my youngest, buying me some time to throw a few things on my own yogurt, too. Then she came over while we were eating to see how they were enjoying their treats. She gave other customers coming through the store personal attention and made everyone feel welcome. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!! We will definitely be back because Mackenna was so sweet and made our night!

Be aware of new owners have increased the price to .72 an ounce where it used to be .45 cents. I paid almost $30 for 3 small cups. Not cool

Overpriced, one small size cup with a few topping was almost 10 dollars for my daughter. I wasn’t even sure they were open after entering, there was only one employee in the back that we had to ring the bell for.
