This bakery used to be amazing. Now their employees are rude. I ordered four dozen cookies online and paid in advance. They had no record of the order and they aren't ready upon pick up. They had an attitude and pulled mediocre at best cookies off the shelf. Won't be returning.

Never have I ever... Got something I didn't enjoy, been disappointed with my service, been able to decide what I want quickly, or wished I had gone somewhere else. Obviously, it's a great establishment that has stood the test of time.

We’ve been coming to The Pennsylvania Bakery in Camp Hill for years! We’ve always had great service, everything has always been exactly the way we ordered it and all of their fresh baked cookies, cakes, and cupcakes are absolutely amazing! We have tried a few different bakeries from time to time because of one reason or another, but always come back to this bakery, as they are absolutely the best in the area. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a custom cake or specialty bakery item.Parking: There’s plenty of free parking on the side, and also directly behind the building.

I arrived to this facility twice. For making my order and picking up my order and I had bad service both times. My cake was not what I ordered and I spent $85. The lady could not understand what I wanted, nor did She have patience with me, even when I asked for another person to help me, we sat in the facility for two hours making that order for my cake to come out not how I wanted. The main lady in there seem like she had attitude, almost all the ladies in there seem like they had an attitude unless they were the elderly ladies that were really sweet with their smiles. Picking up my cake was worse than the first. From now on, I’ll just order Cakes with Walmart. At least they’ll come out the way I wanted it. I came here because I’ve never been here and I lived in Pennsylvania all my life. I wish I would’ve never came.
