I went through the drive thru so as far as atmosphere, the building could use some TLC and maybe some updating? Service was fast and to the point. My main complaint is that I was not provided the chili sauce or sour cream requested with my chilli and someone either miscounted and gave me an 8 PC spicy nuggets instead of a 10 piece OR they came up short and instead of waiting for more to finish cooking, they just shorted me? Would have gotten 5 stars had my order been completed correctly. Would have been 4 stars had I actually heard back from my complaint/review provided via their app.
Service and quality at this location has severely declined in the past few years. Wife and I decided to eat in for the first time since the pandemic. Had to wait 5 minutes to order because they were concentrating on the drive-thru, and those kids that weren't were just goofing around. The food was overcooked, and inedible for the most part, and the drink machine had very little selection available, and we had to got back to the counter to wait another five minutes to ask them to fill a cup with diet soda. Also, the dining area was not very clean. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!

This location is AWFUL! I asked for onion on a chicken sandwich and I got ONE piece but was charged for it. Dry as hell. Even the burger we ordered had one piece of onion. You up prices but then downsize amount of condiments/ veggies.

Horrible horrible horrible. We stood 20+ mins waiting for our cups and food. Only one poor older lady up front, but it was bad, made our frosty's at order so they sat on the counter 20 mins melting. Finally got our food and honestly , I have never had a bad burger from Wendy's EXCEPT today. I took two bites and threw it out, it was dry and had no onion. Not to mention that hours later my bf got suddenly sick and remained sick the remainder of the day / night. Never again will I go to this particular Wendy's. I've eaten in some pretty ghetto Wendy's and I can overlook greasy floors, but not bad food. Btw, I've never given a bad review before either.??♀️

Staff might legitimately be mentally challenged. Ordered a Dave’s Triple and a 10 pc spicy nugget, got an over cooked single burger, 6 pc nuggets and a bunch of undercooked, underseasoned fries. This is the first time I have ever had outright contempt for fast food workers in my 23 years on this earth, which is kinda impressive in a way?

You ever have that feeling when you walk into a place and you just know it’s going to be disappointing? I had that feeling today when I walked into this Wendys and I ignored it. I shouldn’t have. Don’t be me.It took forever to order, and even longer to get our food, despite the place being almost completely empty. The floor was sticky, the chairs were sticky, the tables were sticky.During our whole visit, there was an older couple sitting quietly in the corner with empty trays. In retrospect I wonder if they were still alive, or they just got glued to the spot sometime back in the 80s and became part of the decor.While we were waiting, we decided to get our drinks and some ketchup. Neither one worked. Both were sticky.Peeling away from the drink station, we sauntered over and adhered ourselves to a table to wait for our food, which arrived several hours later. It was 2 kid meals and 2 grown up meals. A total of 12 items. 3 were missing. I figured they probably got stuck somewhere back in the kitchen, so I went up to the 15 year old stoner kid at the counter to inquire. He was nice enough, but clearly had no idea how to run the register. Nevertheless, he gave us whatever I told him was missing, which is good because I never received a receipt. Im guessing it got bound up with thousands of others into some kind of financial paper mache back behind the counter.Nobody working there seemed to be in much of a hurry to do anything, but to be fair, it’s possible they were just succumbing to the inexorable forces of adhesion. I can only imagine the sheer physical exhaustion that comes from working in that environment; it would be like walking on one of those planets where your feet are 5 times heavier than they are on earth. Like a wooly mammoth struggling to escape the dreaded LaBrea tar pits every time a burger needs to be flipped. I can see how that would really cut down on production.The rest of the visit was unremarkable. The food was pretty bad, even by fast food standards. But whaddayagonnado? Complain to the manager? I’m sure the captain of the SS Flypaper is gonna get right on that.Long story short, this Wendy’s is bad. Real bad. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!!

Every time me and my coworkers wanna go down the street for a quick bite these fools cannot put an order in a bag correctly, I don't understand how hard it is to put sauce, forks/knives/napkins in a bag dude, it's literally every time we're missing a sandwich and a handful of shit. We even order on the app to give you more time to avoid all of this, you might as well just be unemployed if you can't handle that.
