Was seated , had 2 young kids with me, and waited 10mins never was even greeted by a waitress. Other ppl had come in after and were waited on before us. It's difficult enough taking kids out to eat and my youngest is autistic. Maybe a staffing issue , but won't be going there again.

We’ve literally come to this eat n park 40+ times in the past 12 months. It’s my daughter’s favorite restaurant. I’ve never experienced such terrible service. I took my 4 year old up to the salad bar so she wouldn’t be left at the table by herself. The server, Maria, promptly came to the table and told me she saw her at the salad bar and would be charging me for my daughter. The food took forever to come out. The server said the kitchen was behind but never came to our table. We get the whale of a cod sandwich weekly and I’ve never seen one like this. The bun was dry and the crust was flaking off. My daughter’s Mac and cheese was terribly watered down. She called it water cheese. Despite being slow with only 7 tables including ours the entire restaurant looked filthy. The tables that had been cleared all looked filthy as well. We will be giving Eat n Park a break and try some new family friendly restaurants.Kid-friendliness: Normally the servers are exceedingly friendly and engage with children. Our server never acknowledged my daughter other than taking her order. Normally they ask if they can give them a cookie and then hand it to them when they bring it out. She just set it on the table with our receipts without saying a word.

Came in purchased a pie, left. Took 2 minutes. The very berry pie and the peach berry pie are worth every penny.

The food was served hot and tasted good, prices (like everywhere else) are making it unaffordable/unenjoyable to dine out...even for breakfast. Two omelets and beverages were over $40. The waitress had the personality of the plate the food was served on. She did refill my coffee but never asked how the meal was...unfortunately this seems to be the case almost everywhere. Used to be even if the waitress/waiter was a miserable person they at least put on a fake smile when addressing the table, now it's pretty obvious that they don't really care to make you feel as though they're happy you're there patronizing the establishment that pays their bills.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spaces available. Unfortunately, the establishment is patronized by many seniors that feel that being elderly is a reasonable excuse to take a space from persons that actually need the spaces due to an actual disability.

They cut portions by a ton, if you order take out they no longer use the containers and wrap everything individually so everything is wet and gross. They don’t fill the fry containers. Idk what they’re doing.

Always love coming to Eat'n Park especially for breakfast. Grilled stickies unless you're dieting! And gotta pick up Smiley cookies on the way out the door.

This is our go to spot for a reasonably priced meal. The staff is very pleasant and as long as they aren't short staff the meals are quick.

Sat at the table for 15 min with no word from our server about drinks or orders. Then they closed the right when I was ready to order so we couldn’t get that. Ordered our food at 10:55 and didn’t get it til 11:55. Over an hour and 30 min visit is ridiculous. Pretty sure I don’t want to come back

Horrible food. I had the worst server who had an attitude that could become it's own person.Potatoes were not cooked. The omelette was greasy. The " hostess" is roly-poly with a nasty attitude. As one woman who is eating alone, I am never greeted or treated well, she needs to be politeWheelchair accessibility: Where is it
