Ordered online 5 minutes before arriving and waiting an additional 20 in the store. No apology for the long wait or for losing my order. All for one $10 sandwich that was mediocre at best.
Working in Southpointe this is a staple of my lunch rotation and I have consistently good experiences for lunch.However, please update your website hours. I tried to place an order at 7:34pm and it wouldn’t accept it. I drove past at 7:44pm on my way home and the store was dark and closed up for the night despite being listed as open until 9pm. I tryto find something positive everywhere i goI have nothing for here. This sub was 11.00 and it was 6 inches with two pieces of bacon and a couple pieces of turkey. It had three small tomato slices on it that were not ripe and oberload of mayo. Really disappointed. I asked for napkins and the man said over there and there were none. Could have careed less. Total waste of money.
