I got 12 soft and 12 hard tacos, there was so much grease in the bottom of the bag that you couldn’t tell the difference between the soft and hard tacos. I couldn’t tell if the wrapper was a soft shell or a wrapper there was so much grease. Absolute garbage. When they told me my total was $54 I should have just drove away then.

Tried ordering on the app. The app was not working. They said they called contacted general manager and general manager said he would put a note into the office and would get app fixed they would not honor the price in store. Terrible customer service assistant manager Stephany could care less.Terrible way to treat your customers when they can prove it’s not their fault if I didn’t already promise this to a family that could not afford dinner I would not be picking it up at all

Everything was hot, fresh, and exceptionally good. We dined in.Based on this visit, everything was great, which isn't always the case with this location, especially when using the drive thru.Drive thru often provides slightly warm and what seems to be older product when ordering sandwiches, tenders, and value boxes.I may dine in more often, or at least go in to order food based on this visit.
Store was clean, staff was friendly even after I experienced them getting yelled at over a menu item that is no longer offered. My pizza and tacos were made perfectly and the chicken empanada was so overstuffed with chicken I actually squeezed some out. I was assuming it would be a somewhat hollow chicken flavored empanada after reading people's complaints. It was exactly as pictured.Good job canonsburg taco bell

They for real do not train their employees. Every time I go there they mess my order up after I wait 20 mins. They are lazy as hell. Rude as hell. Crazy that the owner isn’t embarrassed. Drive thru STINKS. Smells disgusting where you go to place an order around back.

Ok, I will give credit where credit is due, this location has improved a lot over the past year but apparently the manager still needs to learn a bit about customer service, I placed a kfc order online, at this location you can't order taco bell online, no big deal, I also needed to order a Mexican pizza so I went through drive through, I let the lady at the drive who was very nice know that I had an online kfc order too, she came back to the window and informed me her manager would not let her hand me my online order and I would have to come into the store, mind you I could literally see my order sitting in the warmer from the drive through window, she would merely have to turn left pick it up, turn right and hand it to me but for some unknown reason I would have to pull around, park my car and come in and get it myself. Why?.....there is no rational explanation for this, especially considering the warmer for the online orders is right next to the drive through, this screams of some corporate nitwit creating ridiculous nonsensical policy to justify their own useless job, .....I pay you for food, you hand food to me, we both go on with our days, its not a hard concept

Just left here……. Not sure what to say. Horrible wait even though no one in front of us, soda flat, ordered the wraps, no coleslaw(like none at all, just sauce) in coleslaw wrap, no Mac n cheese in Mac n cheese wrap(at all…. Literally just a chicken tender with no sauce wrapped in a tortilla), forgot our fries. Had two toddlers excited for only fries. Large in pic like plenty for our family of 4, had to turn around and go back and go in because like now and not apologist if at al just scooped like 5 fries into the bag for us…..

Food is typical kfc, so good. Service person today was unbelievably rude and they didn't put in any sauces in order. Be aware of your order before leaving because heaven forbid the lady there is asked about it.

I cannot believe that they served this chicken!! I got an 8 piece extra crispy bucket. The "extra crispy" was not, and it was so overcooked that it wasn't even edible! Unfortunately, I can not put zero stars.

I’ve been watching the Little League World Series all week. Constantly seeing the advertisement for KFC Chicken Nuggets. The ad says that you can get 10 Nuggets for $5. So the wife and I decided to give them a try. They didn’t honor the National Advertisement for the Chain they belong to. I was offered 8 nuggets for $6. I declined. Since the don’t follow their National KFC advertising, I wonder what other rules and guidelines they don’t follow.

Due to the location, it is not an ideal place for a quick bite to eat if you. The traffic at lunchtime is awful. Was in line 30 min from getting there to getting my order.

The food was good and the restaurant for the most part looked clean but that's where I have to end with the positive stuff. In the back I watched one worker eating something with gloves on which is fine, but handling other peoples food with the same gloves that she touched to her mouth. then the person who took our order we saw shortly later over with her head down and she looked when she took our order like death warmed over. Just be cautious eating here. I don't know what's going on but people wear gloves, but still touch their own mouth and then touch other peoples food. It's not a really good thing.
