Placed order online. Walked in and said there for pickup. AFTER checking in, they started and finished 4 other walk-in orders before starting mine. Haven't even touched food yet to rate it but won't return for not just lack of service but lack of care shown for wait. I would take my pre pick up tip of 25% back if I could!Edit... Bread too dry and foot long cookie was half burnt and half good.

Typical Subway but one major issue: the soda machine has a gnat infestation!I tried to get a Cherry Coke and a dozen gnats flew away. I stopped, switched to Dr. Pepper and covered with a lid while it looked safe, but I decided to wait until I got home to double check. Glad I did. No less than five floating gnats.Clean up that soda machine or the health inspector is gonna shut it down!

First mobile app order wasn’t complete as it said it was. Second lettuce was brown, spinach was wilting on verg of being completely no good. I had to mention it to them and have another costumer confirm that it was no good.Then the lady that was supposed to wrap sandwich had no idea how to or what she was doing and the more experienced employee just let her struggle instead of showing her how got to the point where told them to give me refund I ain’t got no problem leaving since you don’t wanna do your job rightGot mad cause I proceeded to tell the other costumers what had just happenThe lady before me cut and wrapped her own sandwichThe older lady that was new has nothing to be ashamed of or upset about nothing that was said was aimed at you your co.
