The staff is always so nice, and they prepare excellent food. Everything is great from the pizza, to the pasta and even cheese fries and homemade brownies. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for great food.
Hands down, the best Italian Stromboli I have ever had!! You will not be disappointed!! The people are super nice as well :)

When I tell you that I dream about these breadsticks and the garlic butter dipping sauce that comes with... my mouth is WATERING. Ridiculously addictive! The pizza is good, definitely above average and doesn't leave me unsatisfied. BUT THOSE BREADSTICKS!! I've just gotten those alone and eaten them like a gremlin.

I DIDNT find ANYTHING good about the hot wing hoagies. They weren't like normal. The chicken was crispy not like normal cooked chicken. I ordered 2 hoagies. WISH I DIDNT!! THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE HOT SAUCE ON THEM AS I ORDERED--I HAD TO PUT MY OWN ON. THEY WERENT WORTH NOTHING OF THE $19.
I love Royal. We moved here a couple of months ago and some of the locals suggested royal for pizza. My family and I are pretty picky when it comes to pizza, but royal changed our minds. Not only is their pizza great, They are very friendly and never an attitude. I appreciate that. So if anyone is in the carbondale area try royals their pizza is great.

Went in placed an order for 3 pieces. There is two Gentleman there one Who answered the phone another who makes the pizzaThe guy who answered the phone had to step away so the guy who makes the pizza steeps in rings someone else up handles the cash. Cash register then answers the phone then procedes to go back to kneeding dough WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!! walked out immediately never ever ever coming back.
