Exactly what I imagine Caribbean food to be like. Flavorful, different. Falling off the bone. They do that thing where they leave the bones in, but cut through like they are not there, so you end up with a lot of bone fragments, at least in some dishes. Very similar to what I had in Dominican

I highly recommend we went here to try something different and it was fantastic. His chicken was fried fresh and my jerk pork was super tender lots of flavor. The Mac and cheese was a must have.Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs and small dining area no one really to complain about kids being there.

Best jerk chicken in PA. The meat here literally fell off the bone and into my mouth, yum. Got a side of plantains and the coleslaw - wow! Authentic and fresh!! The coleslaw is creamy and spicey and stands alone as a remarkable side. We got a box with 6 pieces plus 2 main meals. It was plenty for 2. They owner was really nice too he gave us a try of the green plantain. Great service
What a little gem this was. The food was delicious, Bryan was friendly and helpful. A wonderful Wonderful experience. I am planning on coming back soon! And bringing more friends!

My partner and I got the jerk chicken, pulled pork, mac & cheese, plantains, and coco bread. It was my first time trying jerk chicken but it was so flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice. The food was all delicious and my bf even said it’s his new favorite restaurant in carlisle! 10/10

I went in around dinner time during Ice Fest and it kind of seemed like they were wrapping up with old fried chicken in the case with no lights on, half the lights off in the restaurant, etc. Neither the girl at the register nor the guy who came out really seemed interested in me being there. The uninterested vibe I got was disappointing because I know the owner of this business has a pretty popular hotdog cart and catering business. Every other business I visited during Ice Fest had employees that were interested in talking to me about what they had to offer. I walked out without ordering anything and they didn't even offer me a menu or ask me if I wanted anything before I left. Whatever. Good luck in a competitive market.
