I got a number 2 and found a screw in my burger and whenever I called the place to let them know what happened the manager told me “ good luck with that, I don’t believe you” it was a horrible experience and scary because I was eating the burger with my 1 year old and I’m also 7 months pregnant and if I would’ve swallowed the screw or my 1 year old son that would’ve been really bad for our health, Never going back and the burger and fries were cold too and disgusting. My question is how a screw got in my burger? and they didn’t even notice it or they probably did and didn’t care ??♀️
Chicken wrap had half a paddy in it. Next time burger was burnt and cold.

Decided to try the mushroom burger. Also order the $5.00 duo (for me). The duo special is listed on the menu. I was told they don't do the duo special. Not sure why it's listed on the menu!! Decided on a med Diet DR Pepper.. I was told the only have regular. Fries were less than Luke warm, sandwich was dry. Very disappointed. We should have went to Arby's across the street.NO receipt in the bag!

Was served cold fries. Hard to get managers attention and has very little care or good customer communication with us. Once we did get the fries they were hot but very salty. The kids in the back really need training and better work ethics.

This is the worst location! Staff are rude and laugh at you. The online app allows orders outside the times they are open. When you show up to pickup your order the staff proceed to laugh at you and state that they can’t help you and tell you to just fix it in the app. Rude and clueless!
