Everytime I come here they’re missing items from the menu. I’ve been to multiple other chipotles and never seen this. Also, the service is incredibly slow. Also, the manager is constantly yelling at her employees. I’ve been here like 4 times and it always the same.

I recieve pretty decent service. The food bar is usually stocked, but the food is ALWAYS cold. Like ALWAYS. ANY Chipotle I go to, it's the same thing. Please get a handle on that smh.4/15/2024Update. I received a unwelcome sticker, most likely from an avocado, in my burrito. Very unappealing and completely ruined my meal. Never again will I eat here smh.Vegetarian options: Rice, beans, peppers and onions, cheese quesidillas and tacos, etc.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free options.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level.

They were out of chicken, pinto beans, and mild salsa. At first, there was only one person filling orders. The brown rice was crunchy! The tables did not appear to have been wiped down since lunch. There was paper waste on the floor. The manager's infant and toddler were present in the dining room, so her attention was divided. It was the day of the Bosler Library fundraiser so they could have been better prepared.

Worst Chipotle ever, probably due to mismanagement. I've rarely seen someone over the age of 18 working there, and the employees seem to be so out of it (dazed, unresponsive). They are always out of fajita veggies (I've never once received them in my order), service is extremely slow, and at my most recent visit their salsa tasted rancid. Hit my breaking point with this location and will now be making the drive to Mechanicsburg for edible food and good service.

The store is disgusting and tables are never cleaned. The drink machines are empty, the ice machine is empty, and the drink area is a mess. No one in the store looked like they were over the age of 18. If all of this wasn’t bad enough, they completely forgot my time sensitive catering order. Please hire some adults who know how to run a store.

Probably one of the worst restaurants in the area. Teeny boppers run the joint and 3 hours before closing the guy building the burrito asks "what kind of rice?" The response was "white rice" and ignorant burrito builder 2.0 say "sorry we are out of rice". Why ask? And what the hell burrito place runs out of the main thing of building a burrito? Maybe you should get freezers or people with a brain to work there. This franchise owner should be damned ashamed. No wonder why people like neato burrito better. Decided on a different restaurant for the night, this place doesn't deserve money.

None of the below choices of meal options did we have. I ordered two chicken burritos and they were fine. The service was fine. The restaurant is always disheveled, unorganized and looks dirty. Never ever is there a manager in sight.

This is the third time I have come to this establishment , and it's been an absolute mess. The employees were in the back and only came up because the alarm on the unattended grille was going off. Meat and toppings etc was everywhere. Not appetizing at all, and I walk away due to this environment and may never come back.

The only reason to go to Chipotle is the food. The service is terrible, out of stuff almost every time I go, especially the onions and peppers and the tables are a mess. Today I couldn't get a receipt either because they didn't have the right paper for the machine. There is no end to what they run out of. This is the only place I can take my kids because of food allergies or I wouldn't bother.Dietary restrictions: I know exactly what we're eating thanks to the awesome website. It lists all ingredients.
