This isn't a review per se as much as an observation. I was watching YouTube this morning with my toddler and after watching Feist teach about counting to 4, there was an ad for MPBC teaching me about the four main ingredients in beer and bio fuels and I have to admit, this has been an educational morning for both father and son. Your beer and food are also amazing.

I came here to photograph my sons band Lyndhurst upstairs & had a blast! I enjoyed my blood orange haze cocktail & tuna sandwich. Employees are very friendly & smile. I just LOVE the exposed brick & atmosphere ?

The manager accommodated our large group without a reservation and helped pull together a large table while we sat on the patio. The food was amazing, the beer equally impressive and the atmosphere was top notch. I even bought a Molly Pitcher trucker hat on the way out. One of my favorite spots in Carlisle now.

Ever been to a place and felt like you were a burden to the business? Like the employees didn't really want to be there? That's the feeling my party of 10 had on our last visit to Mollys. They wouldn't allow anyone to stand at the high top tables, citing a fire code. In fact- if you didn't have a seat they wouldn't serve you a beer. Really odd. The food was okay, typical bar food with a lot of sodium for flavor. The beer was good. They had a full house and did last call at 9pm. I recommend one of the other bars up the street for a more friendly and professional service.

We arrived in town on a Sunday afternoon. Not many places we googled were open. Decided to try Molly's as it appeared busy. Turns out it was trivia night. We waited for seats to open and ended up at the bar. No big deal. We ordered burgers. Buns were cold, burgers had no flavor and there was very little of the special mayo. Our bartender was nice. The overall experience was okay. Not a place we will go back to.

The good: - Friendly service - Tasty beer - cool atmosphere What could be improved - my sampling of the food was not great Arrived on a busy evening, it I was told I could take one of the few open seats at the bar. Service was friendly and quick. Had a sample of beers. All tasty. For a snack I tried the pretzel bites that had a cinnamon sugar coating and came with a frosting dipping sauce....the pretzel bites were warm, but rock hard with little taste. Not sure what the dipping sauce was, it sure didn't taste like a frosting glaze...disappointing. I was able to get a couple cans of their tasty beer to go. Not all their beer was available in cans. I'd easily stop back for a beer. Might give their food another try.

BLT was amazing! So many beer choices and quick and friendly service. Definitely recommend.

The beer was really good. I ordered a variety of samples and all were original in their flavors. Good variety. The food on the other hand was not as impressive. I ordered the nachos, which were recommended by the waiter. These could have been done by any local diner. I added a bowl of carrot bisque which was on the specials board. It sounded really good, but really lacked the flavor of carrots that I was hoping for. Not a bad meal, but Carlisle has so many impressive restaurants that this one needs to work harder to stand out.

Great little brew pub. Nice historic building with outdoor patio dining in the warmer months, pretty good beer and very good food. Their bacon burger is top notch. Also they used to have this absolutely delicious beef and cheddar stew served in a bread bowl that was fabulous. I am hoping they will bring back that stew. So everyone please ask for the beef and cheddar stew and encourage them to bring it back. Also try the poutine for an appetizer. It is really good.

I stopped by for a mid-afternoon lunch when the place was more than half empty. The overcooked goat cheese burger came with the advertised sauce but no onion straws and was served on a cold hamburger bun straight out of the fridge. Condiments were neither provided nor offered. The "nitro" porter was served with no head at all-- it was just plain watery. Service was okay, but no more. I was a fan of MP at its original location on East South and I have tried to like the new place, but I get the sense that they just don't care anymore. It doesn't bode well for the future.
