Placed my order at the kiosk after 20 minutes my name was not on the ready up board. I asked they lost my order that wasn’t bad enough ordered a tomato basil BLT and instead got two slices of white bread with cheese and chicken. Would like to have seen a manager but there was none to be found. This place almost always messes up the orders but tonight was the worst.

Quick service and they always strive to get your order correct. On the very rare occurance that they do get the order incorrect, they are quick to make it right.Coffee is usually hot. If not, they will make a new pot for you.

Terrible customer service. Clearly lacks managerial supervision. Placed an order online and received email confirmation. Also received a follow up email saying my order was ready for pick up. However, when I arrived to their location, my order wasn’t in the rapid pickup counter. There were three employees behind the counter laughing and being obnoxiously loud. When their laughter subsided, I inquired about my order and was informed they were out of my item and unable to fill the order. Apparently at no time in all their carrying on did they think to call me to inform me of this. Instead they thought it was better to wait for me to waste my time driving to their location to tell me they were out. I’m still confused why I was charged for an item and sent a “ready for pickup” email when there was nothing to pickup. Refund wasn’t processed and had to pursue it the following day. Totally a complete waste of time. Unfortunately this isn’t an isolated incident and has happened before, order online at your own risk.If management is reading this, don’t respond asking me to contact you. We’ve talked previously, you had the chance to fix this and you failed.

What a Panera day for us! Lots of road travel it’s becoming our go to road trip stop- solid food, clean environment pleasant people - win win win! The mango lemonade was a great pick me up!

What a wonderful experience we had last week at dinner time. We had stopped in for a quick dinner and got the kids some sandwiches. The GM was making her rounds and checked on our table. She quickly realized the staff had made our "kid sandwiches " incorrectly with spicy mustard. She quickly resolved the problem and brought out new food. The kids quickly ate the sandwiches with now complaints which saved dinner time. Thank you!
Paid for a coffee, not a single outlet in the entire dining room. Took several minutes for an employee to approach the counter for me to order the coffee.

So, I'm prefacing this review with the fact it's 8pm the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and the store closes in an hour...the food, service and atmosphere were all as expected. But I'm driving across the state for Thanksgiving and need coffee to finish the drive and one pot is empty and the other was cold and stale...I'll bump up the review to 4 stars if I get a hot coffee prior to getting back on the road. Edit: yes I got hot coffee in the end!
