The only down side to this place is that when you want food delivered they use door dash and most of the time I get dasher that dont speak engligh very good and they are not understanding how dashing works. The last time I ordered from here, the guy had my food for 45 minutes, and it was a 5-minute drive. I'm a trucker, so I couldn't exactly drive to get it myself. But papa John's manager did right by me and made me the same order and made sure it was one of their drivers who brought it to me. I got the door dash delivery but it was almost cold

The most abysmally wretched pizza I've ever had. Soggy to the point of feeling like eating raw dough. None of us could eat more than one bite. It was difficult to separate from the box it was delivered in, fell apart into a mess of toppings as we tried, and felt cold, wet, and spongey. The vegetables were mid. It wasn't worth ordering. I will say, the person on the phone who took the order was pleasant and patient with us, and the order was delivered promptly. All the more reason it was strange that the pizza was cold. Would've asked for a refund if not traveling!

Delivery came fast but pizza was piled in the corner of the box. The crust was soggy and burned in places. Don't think I'll be reordering.
First thing I noticed was the Doritos Cool Ranch sauce cup was less than 1/4 full, I asked the driver if that was worth a dollar. He said it was company policy not to fill it more than half full, it wasn't even 1/4 full! Then the pizza was nothing but soggy! It was all horrible!

Pizza is a bit light on the toppings and way too much cheese. May as well be a very expensive cheese pizza. The cheese stuffed crust is good for 2 slices. After that I find myself wanting the regular crust and pulling cheese off. I'm cheesed out.

Stopped in on Saturday around 11 o’clock and ordered two items. I ordered a Papadia and cinnamon pull a parts. On the order took about 20 to 25 minutes when I arrive for pick up and there were two people working in the restaurant one person on the assembly line and one person work in the oven in the register, the store seemed slow and quiet, but yet there was still a mess on the assembly line, calendar, and floor that surrounds it, I get that there are times when you’re in a hurry but for being open in less than an hour and a half and relatively slow, there’s no reason to have a mess everywhere. Due to the cleanliness issues, they only get a four-stars.As for the food, it’s standard national chain pizza. You know what you’re getting when you order it, so there’s no surprises.
