This Pizza Hut was AMAZING and you should some times I don’t know about the bad reviews but the service was great and the food was just the best,(THE BEST PIZZA HUT EVER).

Food was very well prepared and I was happy with service overall. Not giving them the fifth star though, because I opted for curbside carryout and it took them a considerable amount of time to bring my food out to me.
I took my granddaughter to redeem her free personal pan pizza she earned at school and the staff was extremely polite and congratulated her on her success. That was so awesome! And I personally love the pizza there.
The service started out horrendous. As soon as we walked in we were barked out to find a table and they would be with us "when they had time". The wait times weren't too bad, and the managers attitude did improve after another customer asked the lady who barked at us for the manager when she informed him she was the manager, And the only one working although we saw a total of 5 different employees during our visit. The customer and family that asked for the manager ended up leaving because of it. It was after this the managers attitude improved towards the other guests. As far as the food goes the wings were dry and the pizza was undercooked. And The atmosphere will always be horrible until pizza hut goes back to the 90s / 00s theme with the salad and pizza bar and triangle windows with dim lighting. This trying to look all fancy thing is just plain not good.Kid-friendliness: A couple of the families had kids that heard the nastiness. Not cool. Also bring back the video games for kids !! Make it fun again !!

The pizza is always good. The last 5 times I have ordered a salad, they didn't have everything in stock for making a salad. The waiter or waitress has been nice enough to let me know beforehand.The new booths they put in when they remodeled are not very comfortable. If you are a large person, they only have 2 booths you will be able to sit in. Tables and chairs are available. It's nice to see a pizza hut you can dine in with table service.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp.

Ordered just shy of $50 worth of pizza on 10/02/2023. They literally delivered us raw pizza. I'm not even exaggerating. How does a place that specializes in pizza not know how to cook a pizza?
