Our server ( I believe her name was Tabby or Tabitha) was amazing and very attentive despite the place being fairly busy and her section being full. She was very understanding when my partner spilled rootbeer on me and we needed a new one and napkins. She brought the food out to us in good time and consistently checked back for any needed refills or other needs for the table. The food was not good however. It tasted off, and was a bit of a weird texture. 3 of the 4 of us who had gone ended up sick to our stomachs after eating here.

Used to visit Red Robin more often, been years since I’ve eaten at one. First time visiting this one. Food was as good as I remembered. But, like everything else, prices are much higher than my last visit. Nevertheless, still worth the visit. I do find it crazy that they charge $2.99 to play unlimited games. You’d think this would be complimentary to entertain your kids while waiting for your meals. It was interesting the adult plates were plain white while the kid’s dishes had interesting pictures on them. I guess that’s their solution to entertaining the kids. The art on the walls was as random as I remembered. The PacMan one was my favorite. The most confusing piece of art was on the ceiling. It contained many different pictures in a nice montage. The confusion was why all the pictures faced one direction with the exception of the black and white pic of tepees. I have no idea why this one picture faces the opposite direction than all the others. Service was nice for the large party we had, the waitress and manager checked in often. The only issue was lack of refill offers for our drinks. The offer was made after a noticeable dry spell of the check-ins and right before the asking about the check. All in all, good visit, good food, and nice (but slightly confusing) art.Parking: Shared parking lot with the strip mall

My royalty rewards wasn't working, staff went above and beyond trying to help. I wasn't to worried about my free appetizer, but the server even called the reward company and straightened it all out for me. I also like that I can get gluten free food without worrying about getting sick. Food was very hot and fresh, actually had to let my burger cool down to eat. The food was excellent, however, the drinks were not. All the non-alcoholic beverages were basically undrinkable. I ended up getting a mixed drink after trying two other non-alcoholic options.Food was otherwise good, as expected. Really love their fries, and the burgers were excellent.
