Ordered from door dash. The pretzel was SO HARD like it was days old and our subs bread was also dry and very limited of meats and lettuce, nothing like when u go in to order and it didn’t come with condiments. Very disappointed with paying $50 for what tasted like 5 day old food. And $3.69 for a rock hard pretzel! My jaw popped when I ate into it! Waste of money.

My experience with Subway.The employees on time.The very kind people.I would recommend Subway .The subway here in Carlisle.Right by super Walmart.I give them a 200%.

I did not like the 12'' Turkey Avocado Mozzarella Bacon sub that is not the right sandwich for me the service was great and the place was nice but that sandwich ewww I'm not getting that anymore. I only wish I made a better choice in sub sandwich.

First off if I could give this place ZERO stars I absolutely would. I ordered online through THEIR WEBSITE and my order was not what I ordered, I call the facility the manager says there’s nothing she can do. They are promising the accuracy of delivery without holding up their end of the satisfaction. I had to pay a coworker to use her vehicle to pick up my missing items as I was there I told the boss KAT I wanted the name of the employees along with my $2.69 back and she refused to do anything about it and once I said her name she replied “that’s about all your going to get”. If they are offering delivering they are offering the satisfaction of the delivery to be accurate in return it was NOT. and the boss DID NOTHING ABOUT IT! she said I ordered it through door dash, no I did not I ordered it through THEIR WEBSITE. then as I was leaving because I told her I was going to call corporate on her along with her store she told me to leave and never come back and if she sees my name on the screen she will disregard my order whether I paid for it or not. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. SUBWAY - hire better people who actually have a sense in customer service.

Horrible!!!!! Went to subway at 830pm the lady in the register told a party of 5 that they could not make any sub hot because they were closing in 30 mins and that they aren't going to clean the grills after they cleaned them already. Do not go!!!!!!

They close at pm but if you show up around 30min they will not like you and they will give you bad attitude.

Would not recommend this location. Customer in front of me was given at least $20 of FREE food! Customer got 3 footlong subs with extra bacon and meat, chips, 3 XL drinks, cookies and was only charged for subs and was then given 10% off. Customer got bacon free, extra meat for free, chips for free, cookies for free and drinks for free! Wonder why prices keep going up, because free food given out!
