Great place, worth a stop, lot's of flavors to choose from, limit time flavors and seasonal favorites,..must try the peppermint, cinnamon and eggnog flavors..free samples!!...very helpful and friendly staff and managers, all are great!..I've met Sam and Ali.,.have some there/take some , home. Candy and gifts also, we'll be back!
We come here once a week and have been happy until tonight. We tried to put 2 tables together to accommodate our group when the manager insisted we sit at the bar and not move the tables, with attitude. Update: we went back and nothing was said when we needed to put together 2 tables to accommodate our group. Much better experience this time.

Graeters ice cream is my new favorite ice cream! I haven't had a flavor there that I didn't want to eat more of! Also, at this particular Graeters the employees are always kind, personable, and helpful! The last time we were there it wasn't super busy so we asked to try so many flavors before we landed on our orders, and the person helping us was joyful about describing the flavors when we asked and didn't get annoyed at all that we asked to try several things each.
