Shoutout to the short chubby manager on 3/27 that made every table in the building have a bad experience. Everyone saw the manager bossing around multiple staff telling them to hurry tables out, which could clearly be heard by the entire room which made everyone feel awkward. Only spent an hour here but felt rushed ever since sitting down. Won’t be back here again thanks to the manager making such an uncomfortable atmosphere ?

Was okay, but with Kome and Torre next door, it’s definitely not on the top of my list of places to go in this shopping center. Staff was friendly, and food was okay. They made me take off my hat upon entry, which was annoying, but it is what it is. I would come back here if in the area, but not anything to go out of you way to

The sirloin and chicken parm were outstanding, though their fries were quite standard. I'm not sure if it qualifies as proper "fancy restaurant" territory, but it's definitely two steps above your typical chain restaurant. Service was a bit slow, though I'll still give them 5 stars for the melt-in-your-mouth entrées.

Vegetarian options: They are accommodating with the vegetarian options, very happy with that!Raviolis were fantastic!
Drinks & short rib pizza was very good & we got dessert to go. With the 2 drinks, pizza & dessert it was about $85 with tax & tip. Expensive, but we tried it since we had a gift certificate.

Melt is a special place for me and my family. It is the kind of place where you don't care what it costs, you're just there for the experience with loved ones and to have some of the best service imaginable. I hope Melt never changes.

At one point we got a glass of hot water but that was not a big deal and was addressed. Emily was wonderful. In hindsight I should have requested another table location (ours was in the corner under the stairs and 2nd floor landing) since we didn't have a lot of natural light or airiness. I had also indicated on the reservation that we were celebrating 2 birthdays but that didn't seem to be communicated so I verbally told Emily about the one bday celebration and she obliged with a manager-authorized credit. We frequent this and other Paxos establishments as our parents live in proximity to The Promenade Shops. Thank u!

Seated upstairs and was much quieter and a more enjoyable experience. Our waiter, Jake, was excellent. We shared a Caesar salad and then had scallops and the Steak Florintine. Both were excellently prepared. Finished with Tiramisu. Also good.
Actually We went to TopCut Food was great, ate at the bar tonight service was great, we had the Lobster, Ribeye, Mac and Cheese with Wagu beef .Great food.Wheelchair accessibility: You can wheelchair in the front door, and into the elevator and out

Misleading practices. Had a conversation with the waiter about scotch, expressed price sensitivity. We ended up ordering something that was implied to be reasonable - ended up getting a bill for $85 a drink + $15 for a round ice cube. Very unhappy with the experience and we feel taken advantage of. Our service was terrific, but the food was not as fabulous as usual. Also, bottled wine is incredibly overpriced and not very selective. I used to think of Melt as a five star stop, and I think it can be that again. Spark up the menu, make wine bottles, more affordable, and a better selection

Food was better than average but not by much and not worth the price in my opinion. The restaurant is beautiful and unique and they have some interesting dishes to select from. We ordered grilled octopus, fresh catch, lamb shank, filet, and a couple sides. I would go back to try some pasta or pizza.
