The restaurant is a mellow environment with friendly folks ?Parking: The parking may not be ideal on a busy day but there's plenty of side street options to accommodate the crowd .Kid-friendliness: The staff is friendly and patient .Wheelchair accessibility: Easy handicap accessible ramp with sturdy railing . “Pizza — delicious thicker dough with abundant toppings on the meat lovers and cheesesteak pizzas. Wait staff — incredibly attentive to what they saw we needed or desired! The place — older, cramped and uncomfortable seats, but it didn’t hamper our experience and clearly doesn’t hurt business, as it was packed the whole time we were there, with a line inside for seating and for carryout. The small bar had one seated patron. Two TVs tuned to football games were nice to have but unnecessary. The food and feel inspired fun conversation. Friends say their wings and sandwiches are fantastic. It’ll be hard to order them with such great pizza. We shall see!“

“Only went because google said it was the closest place to my daughters house.Was greeted with a smile and friendly guy who I think was the owner. Ordered the sausage parm sub, which was fantastic! What was even better was the conversation with the owner and watching the employees hustle and make sure all the patrons were well taken care of and the food was made exactly the way they wanted it to be.I will be back every time I visit my daughter.Thanks for a great experience!!“

“Wow! What an experience. We’ve lived here for so long and kept passing this place. I’m so glad we finally tried it! The sauce is excellent! It fills a whole in our hearts from the home town Italian joints we grew up with. Great staff, very quick service. This place is a Bellefonte Gem. Try the lasagna!“

“Very friendly and an OK dine-in area. Many people came in to order/pick up who were clearly regulars. Pizza was good, not great. However, the fried cheese curds and bacon, cheese and ranch fries were delicious! Note that if ordering in, the prices have increased, but the printed menus aren't current.“

“Had a delightful and delicious lunch with friends at the Blonde Bistro. Shared an app of the Blonde Bombs (highly recommended!). Lasagna and pizza were amazing. Plenty enough to request take home boxes. Stromboli to go (for hubby) looks delicious and I'm sure it will be. And check out that gorgeous cocktail - a pineapple upside down martini. I hear it was very very tasty (as was my Rubio Mexican lager).Service was excellent - Chris, our server, was very attentive and checked in on us frequently. Ciara, the owner, even came to our table several times to chat and answer any questions we had. Food served quickly and correctly. We all left very pleased and each of us are looking forward to visiting again.“

“This place is a hidden gem in the area. My father and I went on a road trip and found this place to eat lunch. The male waiter was awesome and attended to us every time. The place was busy but we felt like we were taken cared of. Food didn’t take long to come out. My dad recommends the turkey sub sandwich and I recommend the chicken Parm. Don’t forget to ask for the garlic rolls because they are to die for.“

“When we first walked in, we were a little uncertain as it was completely empty. But the place filled up quickly letting us know this was a great place. We are pretty sure the waitress was also the cook, but she did a great job of balancing everything. We saw no one else working. The food was amazing- really surprising giving the fact we only saw the cook working. I had the chicken parm and the other dish was a seafood vodka- and as you can see we cleaned out plates. Definitely exceeded expectations. A must try when in town!“

“The best pizza in state college. After working around pizza for so long in the area this is pizza that is too underrated. If you haven’t been there before you need. Try more than the pizza too but the pizza is really good the crunch, the cheese stays everything about it is great.“

“Pizza is great, love that they have daily specials. The staff is friendly. Our family usually goes in and gets the $6 pizza and drink combo and it's usually slow inside during the week which is definitely nice, the waitresses have always been super attentive and make sure you're taken care of.“

“Absolutely love grabbing takeout here. Possibly the best California cheesesteak currently available in the area. I also love the Italian grinder. Sometimes it's loud and hard to get your order heard over the phone but it's a bar so if it's extremely detailed you may want to go in. Always get someone different answering but for the most part everyone is pleasant and knows most menu items. Like I said I'm ordering takeout so I can't speak on dinning in which is normally a different experience an better service but I would definitely try their hoagies and sandwiches either way“

“Food was ready in just 8min. Tasted great. They also tossed in order of bread sticks because someone called and canceled an order that was already prepared!! “We do love the locally owned places! Have enjoyed Angelo's for many years. For me, the pizza, for others it's their salads or stuffed shells ... or Stromboli's! Stromboli we share and change up the ingredients. Eat in or take out, fresh and yummy! And hopefully leftovers for lunch the next day.“
