I'd have a long drive in any direction to get a meal as top notch as you'll find here. And likely far more than you'll pay here.The Express exemplifies a family passionate about the food they prepare and the service they provide.There is nothing on the menu that my family has tried thus far where we were anything but delighted.If you're a bit out of the Centre Hall Borough area, the Express is a place that's worth the drive.I can't promise you'll love it, but I've yet to meet anyone who doesn't.

In all my yrs living minutes away I had never stopped or even thought to in passing, until recently it was another late harvest evening, tired, dirty, and hungry..definitely not cooking we decided to Google their menu and was 1) surprised on how many things they offer and 2) the variety and range of different items. Called in an ordered and found out they are currently working on a limited menu but there were still plenty of choices. I got 2 chicken on a stick meals with fries and coleslaw, and a doz wings. Man have I missed out, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, clean, spacious and has very interesting decor. Like a cool old pot belly stove, wagon wheels, and signs. I only made it to the register but noticed in the back they also had a wine shop. I was greeted immediately and helped. The server was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Once home I was very pleased with everything. The chicken on a stick was amazing, the fries were perfectly cooked, the coleslaw was good and the wings were excellent. I'll definitely be heading back!

Pizza is awesome one of the best pizza I had and also the sweet and tangy boneless wings was really good also.we will go back for sure.Service was excellent and didn't have to wait long,but it was almost closing time around 6;30 so the crowd was gone but still alot of people were there.I also gave praise to the cook and staff.

We just returned from having the best pizza in the area! Perfect wood fired pizza and the perfect dough for it. It's a cross between Neapolitan and NY style pizza. Good under carriage, wood flavor, excellent chew. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Will go again SOON!

Love this place! We had the catfish sandwich, cheese steak, and haddock sandwich, ALL excellent! Our waitress was very helpful, and friendly, They also have a Juniata Valley winery satellite store, with free tastings and fantastic wine!

Our first time here with our family was great! We were passing thru on vacation and we like local diners so we fig we'd try them out. We loved the cozy, friendly warm atmosphere. Our waitress was wonderful even with her small children who were there ,keeping her busy! She still managed to tend to us and had our food out very quickly. Our meals were delicious, fresh and hot! We loved the homemade fries and chips!! We also are small buisness owners so we understand and appreciate what goes into it, all while raising a family. Kudos to this family, they are doing great! We will Def be back in on our next PA camping trip!

Stopping through on our way home from camping at Bald Eagle and so glad we did! Was too busy enjoying food + atmosphere to get pictures. Got pretzel logs + cheese, woodfire pizzas, chicken sandwich, homemade chips & the southern iced tea- had to take some to go it was so good! Really wonderful family atmosphere. We will definitely come back to try the milkshakes and wine slushies- so much we couldn't try all in one trip! Very grateful to have found this place.
