“What a hidden gem!!! Absolutely DELICIOUS, FRESH food. The owner, Joe & chef Calvin were so friendly talking to us and explaining their decor and food. Between the warm welcome, the outstanding food and amazing staff they get a very strong 5 star review!! We will most definitely be back and will be bringing our 'brunch crew'! Thank you Joe & Calvin for going above & beyond for Lauren's birthday!“
“Ryan made the evening very pleasant, with detailed knowledge of all menu items, wines, etc. Excellent service. Food on the winter holiday menu was a hit: soups, cheese board, salads, porterhouse for 2, sorbet dessert. The dining room is attractive and spacious, the tables well set. The chairs and banquette are comfortable.“
“Talula’s Table in Kennett Square is a charming spot that offers a unique and intimate dining experience. Known for its cozy atmosphere and exceptional service, this gourmet market transforms into an elegant fine dining venue by night. With a focus on farm-to-table freshness, the menu features a variety of delicious, well-balanced dishes with modern twists, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The drinks are outstanding, boasting a robust selection of warm beverages like the salted caramel latte. The ambiance is welcoming and accommodating, making it a perfect place for a special dinner or a casual lunch with friends. Whether you’re stopping by for their famous frozen hot chocolate or planning a year in advance for a reservation at their exclusive Farm Table, Talula’s Table is sure to provide a memorable and delightful culinary adventure.“
“Turk’s Head is my go-to when I’m in town, and I’ve tried all the coffee joints in the area (seriously). The coffee is great, the people are friendly, prices are fair - what more can you ask for? They’re not trying to push any type of aesthetic, truly just good coffee in a welcoming space.“
“This place is your neighborhood gem. My croissant was so fresh I could still smell the bake. Fluffy, eggs made infront of you to perfection. The coffee you ask pfffff. The barista puts her soul in your cup. Order the hot latte with lavender and oat milk, your welcome.“
“The workers are so nice. The food is so good and they have a lot of options. It doesn’t take long to get seated or get food and drinks. Everything is small and cozy and the bathrooms are super clean. I like how they have pastries. Everything is super delicious and I’d recommend coming here with your kids.“
“Met a group of friends here, and all raved about how good the food was! Coffee was also excellent and the barista tweaked it just to my liking. My only complaint—the digital menu’s font is tiny! Better to read the menu online on your phone.Parking: I always park at the Kennett square garage. Easy to access downtown, clean, and safe.“
“Super cute and chic coffee shop! The coffee is great quality and they have many options. They also serve pastries, food items and different types of art. The owners were onsite, super hospitable, and attentive. The decor made you feel at home and they proudly display artwork from various artists on the walls. It’s really nice inside. I connected to the WiFi and got some work done as I enjoyed my latte and sandwich. The space is small but there isn’t a shortage of seating and there is still enough personal space to feel comfortable. I will definitely return.“
“This black-owned coffee shop is a hidden gem! The moment you step in, you're greeted by vibrant art adorning the walls, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The coffee is top-notch, brewed to perfection, and their food selection is deliciously curated to complement your drink. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience for every customer. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to work or catch up with friends, this coffee shop ticks all the boxes for a delightful visit.“
“So, I stumbled upon this coffee joint on 9th Street in the heart of Wilmington the other day, and I gotta say, it was a total hidden gem! Funny thing is, I've been walking past it all this time, but never really noticed it was there. They could definitely work on their signage game 'cause it's kinda hard to spot from the street. But once you step inside, it's like a whole other world – super cozy vibes and a really chill atmosphere. Plus, the place looks stunning! They've got this cool aesthetic going on that just draws you in. Definitely gonna make it my new go-to spot for a caffeine fix!“
“Delicious and beautiful food, charmingly presented with attention to detail. Fresh, but not trendy versions of classic afternoon tea fare, for example an open-faced Caprese sandwich with a thin layer of a lively red pepper jam. The food was delicate in appearance but added up to a hearty meal. Totally delightful, and I have often been disappointed with afternoon teas. I love them when they are done right, and this one was perfect. Can’t wait to go again!“
“Had never heard of the place, just stopped on a whim. Like say, Panera, it's a soup ,salad, breakfast and deli. All their sandwiches are named after Pure Breeds. Dog videos and photos abound. I had chili and their take on a cheesesteak wrap. The food and atmosphere was great. Tasty and filling.“
“Classic American diner, very much in the informal style; you will find ten thousand of these diners across America, each one an absolute echo of Quinn's; extremely familiar and comfortable. Quinn's Cafe feels like home.Parking: Modest parking lot, close to the Cafe, with plenty of open spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for handicapped.“
“Arianna's was a hit catering our company Christmas party! They provided great communication leading up to the event, fantastic service throughout, and they are fantastic people to work with. Their suggestions and guidance were super helpful as well, including helping us have the roasted tenderloin on the menu, which was amazing, and an awesome lineup of hors d’oeuvres. Grateful to have Arianna's here in West Chester!“
“What a gem of a neighborhood restaurant! Was in town for a baseball tournament and came across this place and glad we did. Adorable place, very friendly service and good food!! Pancakes, French toast and omelets all delicious, and good coffee!!“
“What a sweet place. Service was outstanding, vibe was great. Food was super delicious. Variety was great and presentation was beautiful. Prices great too. Can’t ask for more on a slightly hungover day after an Eagles game! Yummy lox bagel and eggs Benedict!“
“This morning we tried the Morningside Cafe for the first time! We were not disappointed! We loved everything about it! What an adorable place with a very welcoming and friendly staff, and the best breakfast we’ve had out in a long time! With such a delicious and diversified menu to choose from, you know we’ll be back often! I’m so happy there’s a place close by that is so wonderful! Bravo, MC! Can’t wait to go back!“
“This cafe has such a beautiful calming ambiance! I ordered the coconut chai and it was refreshing and not too sweet! The service was perfect! the only complaint I have is that it was pretty hot inside the cafe. I also had a carrot loaf slice which was an excellent pairing with the chai!“
“We discovered this restaurant last month and have already gone back again. This is the perfect example of how a pizza restaurant should operate. Parking is easy, staff is friendly, food is amazing and prices are very fair. Right now this is our favorite pizza location in Chester County and I don't see that changing.“
“One of my weekly go-to spots for smoothies & breakfast sammie’s. Clean, fresh ingredients, friendly staff. I usually DoorDash to my office and it arrives within the half hour…. Love the bacon, egg & cheese cut diagonally like my mom used to (lol) and the morning star smoothie!“
“A gem of a breakfast option. Great food options with great flavor. Fresh fruit and a balanced coffee is surprisingly hard to come by sometimes. The French toast was good, but the smoothie bowl with almond buttered toast was perfect. That sprinkle of large grain salt on top was a nice touch (to someone who usually prefers unsalted nut butters). Definitely recommend.“
“Been here a few times and never had a bad experience. Everyone there is super nice and the food is great and very well priced. It gives me a feeling of a family owned business when I go there and the vibes are great. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: They offer plenty of gluten free and veg options“
“We stopped in for lunch as the previous reviews led me to believe this was the best time to come. We really liked everything we ordered too. We expected smaller venue honestly and more of a panera set up. However to my surprised it was full service. They had gluten free options when I asked the server who checked with the kitchen but the menu is labeled. The lattes we had were really good and only $5! I think this is a good addition for the area! sorry all photos are on insta: emsbitez“
“I stopped in after seeing reviews on Yelp. Ordered the mushrooms soup to go and it was delicious, and a fair portion for $10. Service was quick. Noticed some yummy looking cookies. Would have liked more grab-and-go options. Maybe a scone. They need a sign on the door, too. After pulling in to park, it wasn't clear that the little building was a restaurant. Seemed like a nice place to get a sandwich with friends.“
