After hearing rave reviews, I was excited to try Concord Bagel. I got 4 bagels with cream cheese. Let's start with there is nothing 'fresh' or 'New York Style' about these bagels. Furthermore, I asked for lightly toasted - they were borderline burnt which made them dry and tough. Cream cheese was bland. You can get better quality bagels and cream cheese at a grocery store.

I got a bacon, egg and cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. It was good. The service was great; I could tell it was a family run establishment. It was set up in an old Dunkin’ Donuts which was a little misleading.
