I visit here just about daily, as I have to walk a few miles for exercise, and to reward myself, I stop here for a treat. The store is clean, with indoor and outdoor seating, the advertised flavors are always available, and the most important thing, the young people serving me are attentive, courteous and friendly. (I also had a nice chat with the manager, an entertaining fellow who is doing a great job running things.) So my experience has been excellent, and has motivated me to continue my exercise routine. Thank you Rita’s Italian Ice!

Just left at 9:45 pm because girls said they were closed. Hours of operations says 10 PM. Thank God for Brusters… they will always have my business now!!

So i ordered 2 large gelaties and got the right flavors but when dasher dropped em off. They were small size. Its not a big difference in price but whoever looked at the door dash ticket needs to do a better job. LG means large not small.

We walked in before closing time posted on the door. Employee claimed they were closed despite the door being open and it being before the posted closing time. The children were totally bummed out.

This Rita’s (Chadds Ford) never has anything advertised & when you ask for a seasonal flavor they give you attitude & nasty looks! It’s fall get the pumpkin already! Go to Aston Rita’s they are way better. . .their service & their options!

Waited outside for shop to open only to be disappointed. I changed my mind and left with nothing. It was not frozen it was more like a slushy that sat in the sun. He says it was too frozen so he sat it out. ?
