We loved the food from here, but the service is going downhill. Tonight was the third time in two months that we placed an order and nothing was delivered. Then when we call, they claim "the order is on the grill" when clearly they never received or simply forgot the order. It's one thing to make a mistake but at least own up to it. Customer service and their reputation is clearly not as important anymore. We will be searching for a different pizza place. Just to add: We are long-time customers that they lost after giving them another chance multiple times.
