Stopped in to grab a meal for my mother in a rehab facility on the way to visit her. Ordered and asked for a seedless bun and to have the meal double bagged to keep hot. The cashier gladly helped me out with both requests.

Between the false advertising about cheese Keychains which restaurant only received 7 and sold all 7 to one customer is extremely shady to having to wait for food that was not warm. And being charged for 2 Keychains that I didn't get and corporate not getting back and explaining why restaurant was only given 7..all of that has diminished my views of Arby's as a restaurant and corporation..next time you advertise something make sure you have enough FALSE ADVERTISING

I have only been to Arby’s once before. I should go back more often because the food was excellent today. I used the drive-through and received prompt friendly service. I ordered the Wagyu burger, crinkle fries, a Coke and fried mac & cheese, cheese balls. It takes a little longer to cook the mac & cheese balls, but it was worth it, they were very good with a little ketchup. The burger was excellent and definitely not skimpy. The crinkle cut fries were hot and delicious. Overall great meal for fast food.
