Ordered delivery, was told 35-40 mins, after an hour of no delivery, called and was told it was delivered and I’m lying…. Then proceeded to hang up on me! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ? I promise I will NEVER order from here again!

Ordered a large cheese pizza and this is how it was delivered to me. Called and politely let them know. I was met with an attitude and “um ok so do you want us to remake it or what” I said yes I’m not going to eat it and all I got was “well you’ll have to give the other one back” Ok? I don’t want it she really acted like I was trying to get free food or something and never even apologized. The new pizza finally arrives and the delivery driver who I had just given a $6 tip and I’m 2 minutes from the restaurant, and starts making sarcastic comments to me. Mind you I remained polite throughout this ordeal. Horrible customer service and definitely won’t be getting business from me or my family again.

Ordered two root beer and cherry Pepsi and a meal for my family and never got my root beer and I called them and ask them about it and they told me a different price when I was looking at the menu and they scammed me that was my experience that happened to me and my Opinion so I will never go back there or tell anyone else to buy from them and they did not want to make it right!!!

Ordered through the slice app and thank god I did, because they refunded me. Ordered 2 subs and typed no sauce. The subs had mayonnaise and the one guy on the phone was convinced that mayonnaise wasn’t a sauce “on a sub” lol.

ordered a pizza for delivery the lady said 1hr.called back less then a minute later a man answered told him I would pick it up.instead he said 20 mins got there only to.find out it was out for delivery.Instead of making me a new one sge called the driver and I waited another 15 minutes till the driver brought it back .she never apologized and I left with a cold pizza

I order from here all the time and my family an I are allergic to lettuce but yet they continue to put lettuce on r subs and sandwiches very disappointed and won't be ordering again

I love this place! My family has come here for pizza since I was a toddler and every time we come in we feel like part of the family. The food is delicious! If you like a thick crust, get yourself a Sicilian pizza and thank me later ?. They also have great wings and fries. I’m now grown and on the other side of the country with kids of my own, but every time I’m in town we have to visit!
