The Sofrito Bowl tastes good but not very warm. My husband & I were shocked by the cleanliness of the floor, tables, and bathroom. Where's the manager, We asked but did not meet. Please check this location for safety standards

First of all they have LITERALLY lost their minds giving grown adults toddler portion meals for $25. You can't give double (white) rice because of portions its literally one of the cheapest items. It's WHITE RICE. My toddler eats more than a spoonful of food.

Systemic management issues at this location. The way line workers request more ingredients is by shouting in the direction of customers. I also found a long human hair in my bowl and returned it. No apology from the manager that approved the refund or even an acknowledgement of the bad experience.

The chicken used to be amazing quality, that went a few years ago. Idk. And they get you on the rice. The portions they give you for rice is HALF of what they used to. If you want a decent amount of anything(since you're paying about 10 dollars for a bowl) you have to literally say "could I have a little more ___"Quality of chicken& half the time the rice isn't cooked all the way is why it has 4 stars.Service has 4 because of the attitude you get with your order.Atmosphere is 3 because it's always dirty and looks like a warehouse.I don't get the hype. The girl manager is super nice though.

I’m so confused with pricing. At one Chipotle I’ll pay close to $11 for a chicken burrito bowl without extras and at another location I paid $8 without extras. I feel like I’m being scammed and I have receipts to show the difference. Both restaurants are less than 10 miles from each other.

Came in today and the service was horrible. A staff tried giving me a tortilla for a burrito bowl when I did not want that and she was extremely rude and whipped it in the trash. Had to repeat what I ordered multiple times to cashier. Bathroom was not serviced and had no toilet paper.

It’s Friday at 10:10pm, after looking on line that the store in my area was open. I walk in and the guy cleaning the grill tells me they’re close, another employee welcomes me in. The guy clean the grill gives me a dirty look and eventually walks off. Your open til 11pm and it’s Friday excuse me for wanting to spend my money there! Terrible experience!!

Service was absolutely terrible . I'm sorry but if you hate your jobs that much please just quit and don't be rude to the customers when they're just trying to to order food. Throwing food around and making snarky comments is unacceptable in my opinion. Plus they were out of all of their kids options as soon as they opened. The food we did did get was burnt and almost inedible. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Moe's.

Constant issues with my online orders at this restaurant so now I only order in person inside as I'm an overall Chipotle fan and I'm not willing to completely swear it off. Tonight takes the cake on bad experiences with this particular Chipotle (and I've had a few both online and inside). Ordered two bowls, employee is making the bowls. I request fajita veggies on the first bowl and he hastily grabs the veggies an puts them on the second bowl. No big deal... Mistakes happen. However, when I said I wanted the veggies on the first bowl and not the second one, he proceeds to scoop the veggies, rice, and meat with his HAND out of the second bowl into the first bowl. In my shocked stance, I ask them to be remade which clearly frustred him. Second time they were made right with my close oversight and VERY SLOPPY. I'm sorry... This is ridiculous. If you don't like making food right... And have zero customer service skills... Don't work at a restaurant.
