First time calling back in and they forgot that we had placed an order and didn't have my name said they lost the order. Then when food was delivered we got our pizzas but driver forgot our 2 liter soda and had to drive back to get it, 5 more minutes to wait. How can delivery driver forget the 2 liter! What a screw up!

My family recently moved into the area. Our first day in our new home we ordered from Domino's. We've frequented this establishment ever since. The food is hot. The quality and price is good. Even the salads are delicious. Every delivery driver we've had has been prompt and friendly. You can tell they take pride in their store.
Dominos Queen St., My new go to!! Done with Papa John’s over priced, sometimes good, sometimes wrong orders. … Dominos, has got it right everytime for the last year and better pricing, hands down!??

Have only used delivery and the food and service has always been excellent. In terms of cheaper meal deals, this beats most pizza chains and the quality of food is better than it has been in years. Whatever they're doing, it's working! Keep it up!

I was just sitting at my house when dominos delivered 3 pizzas and a bag full of 20oz sodas by leaving them on the ground of my back porch.I hadn't ordered anything from them in a few months. The delivery driver left it at my house (3 doors down from where it was supposed to be). And when I called to tell them he was already back at the store.When I told the manager (I believe it was something like Chris, but he spoke so quickly I couldn't understand his name) he told me that he would send the delivery driver back out to get the pizzas from me (which I wouldn't have used to have had any problems with, except I'm very sick, and we've been having a pandemic for the past 3 years) and I told the manager directly that I had taken the pizzas inside before I checked the receipt and seen the address.Now, maybe a few years ago making a delivery and then taking the food to the next house would be fine. But when we've had a disease that's everywhere in the world and killed millions, I don't think that the lady down the street would like the dominos guy to take the pizza he gave to the wrong house back out and give it to her. I know I wouldn't.

I HIGHLY recommend the E. Queen Street Domino's Pizza!The pizza was incredible - (Meatzza) with Extra Cheese, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Bacon, and Philly Steak. The Marble Brownie was amazing - the perfect finish for the best pizza!My challenge - create a pizza. My Meatzza upgrade was SO delicious. Tell me about your creation.
As of 7/9/23 I recently redeemed a code from my email for a free medium pizza. I didn't know I had to order for delivery, and ended up walking to the store to dine in. After explaining why I couldn't redeem the code, Marc, who I belive was the MOD, not only placed the order for me, but I got a FRESH cheese pizza absolutely free. I wish I could've tipped, best experience by far at the Queen St. Location. Thank you, and the person who made the pizza!

I just had the weirdest thing happen,I went to order a lg.3 topping pizza which was a 10.99 special.The girl said that will be 22.00or some odd cents,I said isnt that a 10.99 special?,she said oh yes it is but we're not to say that to the customer unless they mention it,How honest is that! This was at the Queen St.,Chambersburg Pa.location
I normally love domino's pizza but the one I got today wasn't good ?
