This place was really good years ago. Doing the order you get this vibe they absolutely hate their job. The burger wasn't what it used to be. The fries weren't what they used to be. They were mushy. We used to love this place. I can go two minutes away to Roadhouse and get a much better meal for the money.

The atmosphere here is awful. It’s easy to see the employees hate life.My order was completely wrong. The quality of the burger has gone down significantly. Mine was soggy and gross.Honestly Buffalo Wild Wings down the road has much better burgers and a much more welcoming environment

We ordered takeout to be delivered to our hotel in Chambersburg this past weekend. On June 23rd to be exact.. my husband ordered a little cheeseburger with onions and green peppers and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, we ordered some fries and shakes also. When the burger got there, it had mushrooms on it!!! My husband is allergic to mushrooms. I called the restaurant and first spoke with an employee, who then transferred me to a manager.The manager showed little concern for what possibly could have been a medical emergency, no apology, just I will reimburse you for the cheeseburger.... No offer to remake, nothing, just I will reimburse you. Well, over a week later and nothing. It's sad cuz their food is actually really good.

The male manager at this place was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and hung up on me when THEY screwed up an online order. Didn’t apologize to me just hung up. I’ve also witnessed him wipe sweat from his forehead with no gloves and touch food. Absolutely disgusting. He is unprofessional and I will not be back.

We were very happy with our lunch here today. Our cheeseburgers were fat & juicy with lots of flavor. I particularly liked that we could choose our condiments. I like my burgers with just onions & mustard, so that's how I had it. I'd heard good things about the fries at Five Guys, & they didn't disappoint. The small order was ample. The milkshakes were a big hit, too. I even took one home for later.

I went there on August 29,2022 and purchased a large order of French fries.And the fries were soggy not crispy There was skin still on the potato's. The oil they fryer it in was old. I paid 7.00 for these fries. Do go there to order anything.I will never buy anything there. I was hungry and wanted something to eat.with my health condition I have to eat some food to take with my medicine. I better of eating at McDonald's than this place .I hated that I waisted my money there .I ordered to take out. This place should be closed down. In
