Went through the drive thru this morning. The lady at the window as super nice and even gave my dog a McDonald’s pup cup. I got my food and drive up then looked in the bag. I wish I had taken a pic. Sandwich’s were thrown in barely in a wrapper. My breakfast burrito was completely out of the wrapper just floating around in the bag and my hash brown was missing and no hot sauce even tho I asked for it and it was on my receipt. I went back in they remade it. But u could tell the “manager” was pissed off. Oh well do better McDonalds. A one armed blind person could have wrapped the food better

There is no reason to have to wait for an order for over 30 mins.. and in no point in time should a manager ever cuss at a customer! This was totally uncalled for I get their busy but no one deserves to be cussed at when they have already waited 30 min for their food and it hasnt even been stsrted.! It was a Manager who was cussing so I guess we know they are not leading by example well

Was at this store on 4-1-24 eat inside, went to order my meal, counter was blocked with a tray of parts for a machine that they decided to tear down to clean doing breakfast rush really, then my hash browns was rubbery , steak meat not done right. Then I went to the restroom and saw that some one has pissed all over the wall above the wall urinal, and the floors. Urinal also has cigarettes butts , trash in the urinal. Freaking gross and unsanitary, apparently they have not learned anything from the COVID-19 era

Over half my order was wrong went back in to get my 2 cheeseburgers they forgot and waited over 15 mins for them meanwhile all my other food got cold and my frozen coke melted completely this place is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to fries were undercooked when I got them on top of it yall need to get it together!!!

Nicely surprised by the fast food of chicken sandwich w fries for $3.69.I even enjoyed eating it outdoors by the water and had the company of ducks!
These people don’t know what they are doing. It’s mistake , mistake , mistake every time myself or family come to this location & only this location. Food isn’t prepared correctly , items missing from order, the wait time is so outrageous ( just for a simple burger & fry order) & food that seem it’s been made before even an order has been received. I continuously try to give this place chance but it seems it never changes. My business with this location it done with . I will give me money to the other location in Greenville & Scotland . My rate for this service & location : BIG FAT 0. As I currently type this I’m currently waiting on 3 burgers . It’s been 25 mins since ordering .

Stopped to get breakfast and an iced coffee. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! After a 25 minute wait, My sandwich was cold. I questioned my iced coffee when I got it because it looked like a glass of milk. Lady told me there was coffee in it. Worst iced coffee I ever had. I will not go back. Don't waste your time for this overpriced food.
