I have tried NUMEROUS times to go through the drive-through since "Moe's" "re-opened last year. EVERY TIME I go through, I discover that the drive-through is closed that day. I discover this not from any signs posted, or someone coming to the drive-through window to explain, but from calling the store (which takes them forever to even bother to answer the phone) and ask if the drive through is open today.This shows such a pitiful lack of concern for potential customers that I will never even bother to go back and try ever again.

I can only guess the chips didn't have any salt on them due to them emptying all of the salt into other foods.Drive through was useless, guy was wearing it around his neck so he wasn't hearing the notifications for someone pulling up or trying to talk to him.

The owner is literally one of the rudest individuals we've come across at a dine in/take out joint here in Chambersburg. I will drive to Mechanicsburg to go to that Moe's before we, or any of my friends or family step foot back in this Moe's. He spoke to my wife with such disrespect..shushed her when she was trying to ask a question about the app. Waved her off with his hands as if she was someone who didn't matter at all. This man clearly has an issue with women. We've contacted cooperate about the issue as well. Women should not be treated like that when literally just trying to order food or ask a simple question. And to make this even better..there was only one woman working with him...and we literally watched him treat her the same way. Sorry you had to be working alone with him..know your worth and find somewhere better.

I came in on 3/1/2024 at 8:05 pm. to eat dinner to Dine in. Now it was just me. The young kid that was working side the dining room closed at 8:30. I'm like, okay, and you're open till 9 pm. Even though the room was still open, I still had 25 minutes to eat if they closed the dining room at 8:30 pm .them my Burrito was not made right I had to keep telling him how to make it. What? I wanted on it.Very unprofessional.

We have done Moe Monday for years. We went yesterday and said we want Moe Mondays deal. Not once did they tell us that you have to use the app now. I am very disappointed that an $8.99 meal became $12.49 and $11.24. That's the only reason we went because of Monday....You need to do better...You have lost our business..with so many other choices....you need to honor your advertisement.

We were disappointed in the service tonight. We called ahead and was told they were open until 9:00pm. We arrived at 8:00pm. We waited 15 minutes to be helped. There was only one person in front of us and no one else in the lobby so I am not sure why it took so long to order. The staff was apologetic for the wait. We sat down to eat and five minutes later a staff member made an announcement to the few guests that were there, that the lobby was closing in 10 minutes. He said, "You can either eat faster or we will give you things to pack up your stuff." This treatment after waiting 15 minutes for service. Five minutes go by and he makes another announcement to the lobby guests that they are closing. Maybe we could have been done our meal and out if it hadn't taken so long to be served in the first place. The same staff member answered the phone while we were paying and told a customer that they close at 9:00 but the lobby closes at 8:30 and everything else closes at 8:45. So confusing. We are not likely to visit this location again.

They literally give u 2 tiny spoons of rice and very small portions for 15 dollars. They also rush you while your ordering, it advertises 10 bucks I pay for it as is nothing extra They charge 15 and short me on everything in this bowl! Not to mention they always forget salsa with your chips as well. Manager is no help good luck making a complaint that's why I'm on here complaining! Don't go there go to Chipotle instead, it's right up the road and they give you way more food and make sure they get ur order right as well.
This is one of the cleaner fresher Moe’s we’ve been to. Staff was really nice. Our Moe’s closed so we stopped when looking for somewhere to eat when passing through the area. Food seemed fresh, not like it had been sitting for length of time.

5/8 we went in to eat. They never said welcome to moes which isn’t a big deal but my 5 year old was listening for it. They put all the Salsas away because it was 8 even though we just sat down with our food. I had to keep asking for cups and the guy was so frustrated with us. I said sorry we didn’t realize you closed at 8, long evening with a baseball game and he just walked away. Also a $10 tip was given at the register. I just feel we were being pushed out after spending a lot of money and trying to have a nice dinner with family.

1st time visit , got a spiced grilled chicken burrito, you get to pick and choose what goes on it and how much , because they make it right infront you. You get a pile of chips and with 6 kinds of free salsa , hot,med,or mild you can't go wrong. I was stuffed and on my way in just15 minutes. The spiced rice and Moe's sauce ..OMFG it was the best burrito I ever ate and I'm 59!! I've thrown alot of food down this neck ,and it's gonna be seeing alot more of Moe's...just sayin!!!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian folks will love seeing all of the different delicious choices they have there.

Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean but the food was terrible. the steak was like petrified meat biscuits. Trust me and stay away. Chipotle is far superior in everyway imaginable. Honestly the worst food I have ever had.
