I normally order from Pat & Carla's 1, I ordered from III by mistake today. I won't make that mistake again!I ordered an Italian sub and breaded mushrooms, they had my sub in with my mushrooms on top of the oven. My sub was warm and the cup of sauce for the mushrooms was open and all oven the shrooms.The roll was harder than I'm use to and they forgot my hot pepper relish.

I've gotten delivery from Pat and Carla's III many times and have always been pleased. The food arrives in a timely manner, is hot and fresh, portions are generous and each time, the delivery driver is polite. Keep up the great service!!

There are 3 Pat and Carla's in the area. Drive the extra 5-10 minutes to number I or II. I eat at Pat and Carla's at least once a week. Dine in, take out, and delivery. Tonight I ordered take out via phone and get there 10-15 minutes before they said. Waited about 15-20 minutes, then instead of getting the fresh pizza I was waiting on, I was given someone else's that was sitting 2 boxes high on the top of the oven instead, a pizza I watched come out 15 minutes prior....so I waited for essentially nothing and didn't get the hot pizza I was hoping for. Made no sense to me, didn't say anything because who I assume was the manager or owner clearly couldn't care less. It's a shame because this one is closest to my house, but I'm happy to go to Saint Thomas instead and 10/10 reccomend Pat and Carla's II as an easy alternative

I would like to complain about Pina C, who lied about her name being Renee. She is one of the owners. She was quite rude with me. My employer and I “were” big on patronizing this place, but since this visit we will no longer. She was outwardly rude because I asked for my order of 6 pizzas to be split into 4 orders. She told me that I was rude because I wanted that option and that I didn’t specify that on the phone. She wouldn’t put my card/money back into my hand, although I was giving it directly to her in her hand. I told her that she was being rude to me and I didn’t like it. She said because I was rude to her is why she was rude to me. I spoke to her upon walking into the store with a smile. She deliberately talked over me and walked away as I talking to her. If I wasn’t on the clock I would’ve clocked her right upside the head. She needs to learn how to communicate better before someone not as passive as me runs into her and give her exactly what she’s looking for.

Food is good but like Sooooo many others have said. Th owners attitude is awful. I could never treat people that way at my job. You would think she would be thankful for your patronage. Nope After going there for years, I don't think "Thank You" is in her vocabulary!!
