Was there during lunch. Got seated right away. The server was very quick with delivery of the drinks, refills,plates taken away. Buffet had plenty of items to choose from. Not reheated, brought out fresh. Hibachi was in spot. Desert bar had tons to choose from. Good atmosphere. Will come again.

Usually have a good experience. Today was awful. The food was cold and tasted awful, and the service was trash. They paid absolutely no attention the whole time we were there until it was time to pay and then stood and hovered. Just overall very disappointed in the experience there and wish I would have paid the difference to go to Hagerstown.

Older lady that seats you and the guy at register are the worst employees I've ever dealt with. They should be running a prison instead of a restaurant..terrible attitudes.. guy couldn't wait to get outside to take a smoke. Food was good but had nothing to do with them thankfully.

Was there recently and food was ok, seemed over cooked and when were standing up to leave the waitress and I'm assuming was the manager pretty much yelled at us no tip!! And said you leave tip. We just stood up, didn't give us time, we were really pissed.

The food was very old and cold. The waitress took our cups to refill along with 2 other people and mixed our cups up. The chicken was so stringy and just over cooked. We went and told the owner and he didn’t even respond extremely rude!! I do not recommend eating here.

Do not recommend horrible experience tonight as I was there with my 3 kids. They handed me the bill and rushed me to pay several times, not thinking anything of it. Until the server comes to the table staring at me demanding a tip, mind you I haven’t even left my table or payed for my meal but yet there she is demanding a tip literally as I’m getting my kids coats on, more than 5 times she said it. Then she proceeded to follow me up to the counter and watch me pay . Get better servers who are humble because demanding to be tipped is not going to get you a tip! Never in my life has anyone demanded a tip.

Again it had been a little while since I've been to Saga but the buffet was filled and always hot and the sushi was so fresh.
The food was great. We arrived at a very busy time and we were still seated within 2 mins. The server was so nice and made my kids smile too. She was very busy the whole time with taking care of others and still would ask how things were with a whole stack of plates in hand. It was impressive. The cooks were working hard to keep the food stocked as well. Kudos to the whole staff. Great meal.

The food was not good, and I was upset myself, and my kids didn’t even finish a plate of food. It was so bad. I asked the front desk man if we could have at least a discount since we didn’t eat anything and he told me no we had to pay full price so I had to pay $35 for food that we didn’t even eat.
