Tried to order at 10:10am on 2/17/2023 and the person taking orders wouldn't answer to me on the speaker so I called and she said it was because I entered on the wrong side of the parking lot and I had to go around if I wanted her to take my order. I told her I didn't notice there were Two different entrances and I just left the place. I will not recommend with this type of service.

Extremely rude short man with ball cap on today at 11:38M instead of nicely asking me to go to the next window , pounds on the glass and yells for me too pull forward. Very unprofessional and disgusting display of work professionalism Will not be back.

Went to cancel my online order but it wasn’t going through due internet being down from a storm. Called and made them aware. They acted like they didn’t want bothered. Saw my card was charged anyway. Have been calling them for a straight hour and no one picks up! Reported to corporate.

I just paid $3.49 for bacon,egg and cheese biscuit. Half a piece of bacon. Never again! Inflation or not,I will not be ripped off again.

I have had multiple issues coming here and I stopped for so long. Well after a day of work I stopped by around 530pm and I knew something was gonna be wrong with how my order was taken to start. As I sat waiting on my order, just a double #1, I figured maybe it’s going to be fresh… wrong I get home and my burger is red!!! Half cold except edges!!! I’m just home from work I should not have to go back for my food to be fixed I guess this it it… no more

Had to repeat each item twice for order. Touch less soda machine did not work. Had to return for receipt. Ordered a double burger received a single. Just a poor experience.

Every time I go to this location, I say I'll never come back. Orders are wrong, receipts aren't given out unless you ask, which makes it very hard to inform their store of their poor performance. This evening I went through the drive though and both the gentleman who took my order and the young lady accepting payment neglected to tell me my total due until I asked after paying. All four of my burgers were wrong, missing fries, missing nuggets. I should have checked before leaving.. When I came back to fix my order, I found the lobby locked 15 minutes early with no indication as to why. So i had to walk up to the window to get their attention. The manager was taking orders, making drinks, handing out food, and answering the phone all at once. Thankfully they fixed my order without complaint but if your employees are stretched that thin, maybe it would be better to just close it down.

Wendy's is usually always great. Mom forgot to ask for no ice in her drink and they had already made her an iced drink. So they gave her that one for free and made her another one also for free
