Why is the door at the Lincoln Way location locked to indoor dining in the morning . I have been there twice lately, only to find it closed. If go to the Wayne Ave location, it is always open. If there is no indoor dining at Lincoln, they could at least put up a sing saying so.

FAVORITE Wendy's location. Inside is super clean, well maintained and the Management & Staff are always super friendly. I have to comment specifically about today's visit. There was an incident involving another patron, that had my daughters and I at a very uneasy level. I spoke with the GM and told her what had happened, and that I was choosing for us to leave. She took the situation VERY seriously, as did the Manager & Staff, and suggested we stay and they made the other patron leave because he was out of line and very much in the wrong. I just want to say THANK YOU, for the way you all handled the situation..very professional, while not causing alarm to your other guests and for your kindness (especially toward my daughter). We really appreciate you, and we will continue to frequent your establishment..sometimes just to say hello :)

Really quick service service nice people wasn't very busy because it was later at night but they jumped right on making our food a got it done in a short amount of time. If you go there you should get the baconator double very very good burger. Definitely recommend wendys

My experience was fairly bad. I ultimately didn’t even get to order. I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave. There isn’t enough staff at this location, and the staff that is there is poorly trained. I stood for 15-20 minutes only two spots from the register. Why? Because the staff filling orders would only work on taking orders at the register every 5-10 minutes. It seemed to take two of them to fill one door dash order. Meanwhile, there was a queue at the register of about 10 people, and they were ignoring it.Please train these people properly, and hire a few more. This was lunch rush!
