This was the third time I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. This is the third time I only got two burger patties and the bun. That's it. Nothing else. I made no changes to the order. I should have known better. 3 strikes you're out!

Worst McDonald’s ever. Went through drive thru ordered 1 cold drink and 1 hot drink. Ask to pull around corner in handicap spot and someone would bring out my hot drink. Waited 10 minutes in my car as the 2 car that were originally parked ahead of me got their orders and then another 3 cars parked and got their orders. I went in to the counter waited another 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. That includes an employee who looked like a manager just walked by and didn’t even ask if I needed anything. Terrible service. The employees and management staff need educated on costomer service.

Management was rude because she assumed we were talking about her. They had to refund us because they had us pay for someone else's order. Continued to say it wasnt their fault but They should have been paying attention. And then proceeded to mess up our order. Great job!
